Upon our arrival in Coligny we tried several times to call Christies Gastehuis and confirm what time we would be checking in. The phone was not answered. When we arrived later in the afternoon the owner was surprised to see us. I mentioned that we had a discussion and his response was :"genuine?" We had to learn that our room was given to someone else, but luckily there is another room available in the house, which we were then offered. The accommodation was untidy, uncomfortable and the bathroom was not clean.
If I were to recommend this place to anyone, the bathroom/shower facilities would need to be upgraded. The bar facility was fine, and our host was friendly.
We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Christies. If you love farm life this is your place. The owner is very hospitable and accommodating, thank you it was lovely. Thank you very much Uncle Gerald.
It is close to two towns where I needed to be during my stay in Coligny.
Uncle Gerald is very helpful. And feels like my 2nd home.

It was only a stay for work purposes but I will definitely stay there as a private traveler with my family.
