House rules
This breakage deposit will be subject to a refund within 7 working days following departure, provided that the unit is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival and that all is in order. Any discrepancies or damages in the unit should be promptly reported to the office within 12 working hours.Smoking within the unit is strictly prohibited, and guests are expected to smoke outside. Failure to comply with this rule may result in the forfeiture of the deposit to cover the cost of steam cleaning curtains, carpets, and furniture.
In the event that more guests are found to be staying in the unit than initially quoted or if the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, the deposit will be forfeited. Pets are not permitted on the premises.
It's important to note that this unit comes equipped with full DStv, eliminating the need for guests to bring their own decoder. However, beach towels should be brought by guests, as all bed linen and bath towels are provided.
While complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are offered, guests are responsible for replenishing these items at their own cost, as this unit is self-catering. Additionally, guests are advised to bring their own dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials they may wish to use.
Cleaning services can be arranged between 8:30 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. This service should be booked through the office at least 48 hours in advance and payment should be made to the office, not directly to the cleaner. Availability of this service may be limited, especially during peak seasons, and is subject to resource availability.
