We had a very lovely visit. The house has absolutely everything and more. It was super clean and neat and so well equipped. The heated pool was amazing. Lovely to see the zebra and warthogs in the garden each morning and evening. Saw lots of wildlife whilst just chilling on the stoep. Swimming towels, extra blankets for stoep and other thoughtful amenities meant we just didn't want to leave. It's really a lovely well maintained unit and we will be back for sure.

The view was amazing, and the zebra visited every day. It's worth every cent. The toys were there for my one-year-old, and games for adults. The list is endless.

The house has everything you need to ensure a comfortable stay. The only let down was the travelling instructions sent to us by the website, which were incorrect.

The giraffes and zebras walk past right in front of the porch! It is quiet and peaceful with great braai facilities. Kitchen is very well equipped for any family cook. The owners are friendly and helpful. The pool is wonderfully warm even for the winter, but there was a bit too much chlorine in the pool. It made my niece's skin very dry and you could smell it very strongly. Other than that everything was perfect!
The house is very neat and well equipped. The owners also make sure guests feel welcome and make extra effort which we really appreciated. It's very conveniently located in Dinokeng and is exactly as advertised. We will definitely book here again for our Dinokeng getaway.

The rate quoted for game drive was not honored. Which was very unprofessional. Alicia sent me a price list of everything and when I tried to book the price changed to R300 pp instead of R250 pp as quoted. What was even more distasteful was the response she gave me. "if they are unhappy I would not recommend going on the game drive" no apology, no nothing. That almost ruined our whole holiday and it's still a thorn that will make me not return to Cikeru.
The zebras welcomed us on the stoep and what an experience to be able to interact with them. The view of the water and the animals from the veranda is wonderful while everyone sits quietly around the table and socialises. The unit is modern and luxuriously equipped with absolute silence except for the sounds of nature and the calls of the foxes in the distance. Johannes was an excellent field guide and what better way to end a day around a boma and a piece of barbecue on the fire. Thanks Rudy, it was a great getaway opportunity and look forward to visiting again. All blessings to you!
This was worth every cent. It is a home from home. We will return to this most relaxing place in Dinokeng. Well done to everyone involved in this estate.
