We were in Dullstroom for an outing. The guest house is used for overnight stays. Extremely neat, clean, friendly service. Just what we needed. Definitely recommendable!
The accommodation is very clean and the buildings are modern and comfortable. Although Dullstroom gets very cold in winter, there were electric blankets, heaters and extra blankets. They also have brilliant wifi and a generator, so that you can still have a hot shower, despite load shedding. Cinzaco's staff are very friendly and hospitable. They communicate with you on the day you book in to ensure you are travelling safely and for someone to meet you upon arrival. They also informed us of the load shedding times and any additional info we needed. It is also right in the center of Dullstroom, so you are within walking distance from shops and restaurants. My car could be parked inside safely. I will definitely be back!

The room is spacious and clean with heaters for the cold weather of Dullstroom. The breakfast pack on departure was very thoughtful. Would appreciate a TV in that room for weekends when it's cold and wet outside.
From booking at Cinzaco to departing the whole experience was beyond five star. Christiaan kept us updated of our booking, provided directions to Cinzaco, the communication and information was fantastic. On arrival we were taken to our room which was immaculate. The décor is modern and chic. It feels like home!. The king bed is fabulous, the linen and towels pristine. The room service was on point. We will be back for a weekend in the Yukon cottages. As we were leaving this morning Lourens brought us each a brekkie bag for the road. That is next level service. Little details such as a power socket to charge your phone/laptop inside the safe. A Bluetooth speaker on the night stand. The quality soap and shampoo provided. The Nguni and sheep skins on the floor. A fan and a heater is provided inside the room. These are just a few of the many details that make an stay at Cinzaco totally awesome.

We only used the sleeping units, very tidy and had everything we needed. Was very kindly received and even got a take away breakfast. Very nice place to spend the night. Will use the self-catering units next time when we have to stay for longer than one night.

We stayed in the separate unit it has a functional kitchen with a table and lounge sofa. The room also had a stove heater which warmed the room up nicely plus they had 2 bags of wood also available in the unit for free. The bedroom's double bed is equipped with an electric blanket which helps a lot with the cold Dullstroom evenings. The bathroom has a large comfortable shower and there is a heating lamp outside the shower to keep the cold away. The toilet is placed in a bit narrow part of the bathroom. For me it was an ideal unit for a short weekend away and it was walking distance to the high street with all the shops and restaurants weather permitting.
It's really a very neat and beautiful place to sleep over. The workers are all pleasant and very friendly and helpful. The campers are perfect and nice and cozy.

The owners and managers went out of their way to make things pleasant for us. We may have checked in an hour earlier, and were surprised on Sunday morning with a takeaway breakfast. Delicious!

We came to stay in Dullstroom for two days to get away from the festive rush, and I must say we had a very enjoyable stay, our rooms very spotless and spacious. The staff is very helpful and friendly I will recommend Cinzaco to others. Thanks also for the packaged gift bag with food &and snacks for the road back I have stayed at many overnight B&B and this is the first time receiving a goodie bag.

My sister and I spent the night at Cinzaco. Cinzaco's host, André, is very friendly and helpful. He was always around, so if you needed anything, he was always available. Cinzaco is very clean, beautiful and comfortably furnished. The housekeepers make sure that the rooms are clean. Cinzaco is walking distance from the village and it's great to walk everywhere and you know your vehicle is safe. The fresh air is wonderful and we really had a good rest after an extremely busy and hard year. Once again 1000 thanks to Cinzaco's people and we hope you get a lot of visitors, we will definitely come back to you again without thinking twice.

It is a very nice place to live. Fairly centrally located. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Only downside is that we were not aware of the fact that we would have to share the kitchen and living area with other guests. We were not informed that there were 4 other rooms.

What a great experience. Our reception was great. André made us feel at home very quickly and we settled in quickly. The atmosphere of the place is very peaceful and we were far enough from the hustle and bustle and yet close enough to everything to be able to walk where we wanted to be and what we wanted to visit. We couldn't hear any vehicle noise from the main road and could sit quietly in the room or in the very nice common lounge and relaxation area and watch TV, make coffee and tea and just be very peaceful. The place is very centrally located and as mentioned we could walk where we wanted to be and we explored the whole town on foot. There is plenty of secure parking and the parking area was lit and locked all evening with access from your own key to unlock the lock. The room was tastefully furnished and everything was neat and clean. We even had a view over part of the town and the mountains in the background. Well done to all involved. We can confidently recommend anyone who just wants to be quiet and relax to use the place. Again, thank you very much, you guys were great. Continue like this.

We were 2 couples who each had a separate house with living room/kitchen, bedroom and bathroom and also had a lovely veranda. Tastefully furnished and there is everything you need. Private, yet walking distance from the shops.

We only slept here one night, but it was very comfortable. The driver was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and the bed was really comfortable. Winters can get quite cool, but there was a fireplace, a heater and a warm blanket on the bed. I would definitely recommend this place!
Not only is this house in the heart of Dullstroom, within walking distance of all the well-known shops and eateries but still away from the main street with a quiet and natural location and views. The self-catering unit has everything you need for a nice, peaceful getaway and one can see the host has gone to great lengths to perfect the place. Nice sidewalk, nice fireplace, nice bed. Will definitely book our stay there again in the future.

Luckily didn't need help from a host or hostess, but if so I'm unsure how we'd get hold of someone. For example, upon departure, the key was left on the counter, because no one could get hold of it. Still, we didn't need help, and everything was in the room. Neat, beautiful, and had a lovely evening.

We are well informed about all the best restaurants and the reception is very friendly and everyone is very helpful. It is a peaceful environment and our stay was really a very pleasant experience. Not motorcycle friendly due to theft of motorcycles in Dullies. Thieves wanted to steal motorcycle from neighbours.
