Clanwilliam Waterside Villa is a lovely self-catering holiday home located in Clanwilliam, overlooking Clanwilliam Dam, and is ideal for a large family or group of friends.

This double-storey property can accommodate up to 11 guests at a time and comprises five air-conditioned en-suite bedrooms. The first, second, and third bedrooms are each comfortably furnished with a double bed, while one has an additional single sleeper couch. The fourth and fifth bedrooms each have a queen-size bed. Each bathroom is fitted with a bath and a shower.

The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen that includes a gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, crockery, fridge-freezer, and a central island with stools. For added convenience, a dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer are available in the separate scullery. The lounge and dining area have ample seating for guests to dine and relax and also feature an indoor fireplace. For guests' entertainment, a TV with shared DStv channels is available.

Additionally, the home has a swimming pool and pool loungers where guests can enjoy the dam views.
