Booked on behalf of our 2 technicians that went down for work. The staff members that stayed there were very comfortable.
It was a place to sleep.
First thing you perceive is a very awful smell once you get in the apartment. Then you can’t lock your apartment when stepping out. We asked their employee if we could get a key and she said there wasn’t a key to lock the door, as she merely told us the place was safe. As guests, that did not sit well for us to leave the premises without locking. The shower is a disaster. The toilet door doesn’t lock, hence no privacy. No WiFi and the host cared less after complaints. The bedding wasn’t good either. You could see that it was simply made up with no washing or ironing because of the smell. I suffered from sinuses the entire night because of the dust. Not to mention the mosquitoes that attacked us the entire evening.
Found cockroaches, intercom was not working, customer service was bad.
Beautiful place, very neat and a very welcoming host.
The host was very lovely. Everything was good.
I had a good stay and would stay there again if I need to stay over in Durban again.
