A comfortable and spacious house.
We had a wonderful stay, coffee early in the morning on the porch while watching the sun rise over the mountains, red wine in the evening in front of the fireplace. Children and dog loved it, nice and close to als. We had a lovely walk. Definitely a must!
House is well located, but the photos are not what we experienced - house, furniture and garden are very badly neglected - actually shocking! Not value for money at all. There are also no anti-theft devices on the doors and windows.
Great accomodation will be back.
Very safe and pleasant and well located place.
We felt wonderfully at home in the house and every room had the most beautiful view. The house is close enough to the village to be able to walk and visit.
There may be a mirror in the room for blow-drying hair and putting on make-up.

Clarens Butterfly Villa indeed made it memorable for our family. There is enough space for kids to run around (little table and chairs made it easy for the kids). The Scenery is outstanding. Waking up to see the beautiful mountains is an experience.

Friendly reception. The house is clean and tidy. Secure parking for two vehicles. Walking distance from the town center and within easy reach of all the main attractions.
All you needed for your stay - could have more braai utensils.
Lovely villa suited for 2 couples and fur babies. Perfect location and very comfortable stay. Di was very warm and welcoming and was the perfect host. It would be nice to have a complimentary bag of firewood, especially for those checking in after hours but other than that the home and service exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be back again.
Spacious and well-equipped cottage in a very central location in Clarens (but still peaceful and quiet at night). Lovely views from the stoep.
Was lovely to sit by the fireplace and relax. The house was spacious with everything that you need.
