For guests intending to watch DStv, it is recommended that they bring their own decoder, smartcard, and cables. Alternatively, these items can be rented from the local supplier in Margate. House rules
A breakage deposit is obligatory for each booking and will be refunded within 7 working days after departure, provided that the unit is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival, and all is in order. Any discrepancies or damages in the unit should be reported to the office within 12 working hours.

The unit is strictly designated as a non-smoking area, and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which may be used for steam cleaning curtains, carpets, and furniture.

Guests must adhere to the specified occupancy limits. If it is discovered that there are more guests staying in the unit than originally quoted or that the total number exceeds the allowed capacity, the deposit will be forfeited.

Pets are not permitted on the premises.

A complimentary supply of toilet paper and guest soap is offered, but as this unit is self-catering, replenishing these supplies is the responsibility of the guests. Dishwashing liquid and other cleaning materials should also be brought by the guests.

If cleaning services are required, they can be arranged between 8:30 to 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. These services should be booked through the office at least 48 hours in advance, and payment should be made directly to the office, not to the cleaner. Availability of this service may be limited, especially during peak seasons, due to resource constraints.
