A breakage deposit is obligatory for each booking and will be refunded within 7 working days after departure, provided that the unit is left in the same condition as it was upon arrival, and all is in order. Any discrepancies or damages in the unit should be reported to the office within 12 working hours.The unit is strictly designated as a non-smoking area, and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply may result in the forfeiture of the deposit, which may be used for steam cleaning curtains, carpets, and furniture.
Guests must adhere to the specified occupancy limits. If it is discovered that there are more guests staying in the unit than originally quoted or that the total number exceeds the allowed capacity, the deposit will be forfeited.
