Claridge Heights 308 is a self-catering holiday apartment located in Ramsgate, a resort town just south of Margate, on the south coast of KwaZulu-Natal province. The South Coast is a collection of golden beaches, lagoons, rocky coves, grassy slopes, warm Indian Ocean waters, perpetually sunny weather, sub-tropical forests, and vegetation that draws the crowds, particularly during the festive season.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a kitchen and living area. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath, a toilet and a washbasin. This room also has a lovely patio through the sliding door. The second and third bedrooms each contain 2 single beds. There is also an en-suite bathroom in the second bedroom fitted with a shower, a toilet and a washbasin, plus you have a small patio that opens up through the sliding door for a lovely sea view.

The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering and contains a dishwasher, stove, oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, and cutlery and crockery. There is a dining room that can seat up to 6 people and opens up onto a small patio. The lounge has a couch, 2 chairs and a flat-screen TV with an Open View decoder. Feel free to bring your standard decoder for extra channels and entertainment.

The beautiful living area can seat up to 8 people with a stunning dome window with only the very best curtains to make any living area inviting and peaceful. Parking is available for 1 vehicle under shade netting. Additional guest parking is available for 1 vehicle plus a parking for your trailer.

Guests can cross the sandbar from Ramsgate to Southbroom, should they wish to enjoy a meal or sundowners at the restaurant on Southbroom Beach. Or you may take a stroll to the very famous Waffle House for the very best waffles on the South Coast and the breathtaking sea view.

House rules
Please note that smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited and that no parties, student groups, bachelor-, or bachelorette parties are allowed as this unit is situated in a complex.

There are also strict noise policies in place and guests are asked to please be mindful of the residents in the area and refrain from making loud noises or disturbances. Please note that guests may be asked to vacate the premises with immediate effect if they fail to comply with the rules.

The refundable breakage deposit fee is payable 2 weeks before arrival and is not included in the rate.

Please note that the agency offices are closed on the 25th of December, 26th of December and the 1st of January, therefore they are unable to accommodate arrivals and departures on these dates.

Damages and breakage deposits are refundable, pending their inspection after departure and are refunded as follows:
All low and high season refunds will be refunded roughly 2 weeks (14 days), after departure.
All peak season refunds will be refunded 1 month after departure.

Your account must be settled as follows:
If your arrival is in less than a month then the balance payment needs to be made immediately.
If your arrival is in more than a month then the balance payment needs to be made 1 month prior to arrival.

Payment methods accepted on the balance payment:
Regretfully no cheques or cheque deposits are accepted.
EFT payments only.
Cash payments or deposits are acceptable, however, a cash deposit fee is required per deposit, and will be for your account and deducted from your damages and breakage deposit prior to refund.
