The beach house offers a comfortable getaway for large families and comprises 6 bedrooms, accommodating 10 adults and 4 children. The main en-suite bedroom is air-conditioned and has a king-size bed and a private balcony. There are 2 bedrooms with a double bed in each, a children's room with 2 bunk beds, and 2 air-conditioned en-suite guest suites with 2 single beds in each. In addition, there is a family bathroom, as well as 2 guest toilet, one on the ground floor and the other on the mezzanine floor. Both bath and shower facilities are available.
The second floor comprises a large balcony for undercover outside entertaining and a gas braai, while downstairs offers an entertainment area with a TV lounge, bar, pool table, and a verandah overlooking the swimming pool and garden. The kitchen is equipped for self-catering with a fridge, oven and stove, and a microwave. The house has ample parking and is secure with an alarm, beams and contracted on-call security.

The place was spectacular. It was clean and the helper that was there was always ready to assist with anything that was needed. Happy days.
We had a ball of a time, walking distance from the beach, with excellent views of the ocean. And even though we experienced a thunderstorm, we were still able to sit on the balcony under cover and enjoy our braai.

Wonderful stay for a family wedding. We were a big group but didn't feel it as the rooms and accommodation were very spacious.
The homeowner is wonderful, she checked up on us before we arrived and after we arrived to make sure everything was taken care of. The house is stunning! The housekeeper is so friendly and helpful and the entire house was cleaned every day of our stay. Definitely will be our accommodation of choice next time we're in town. The pictures definitely don't do this property justice. It's far more beautiful when you actually see it.

House rules
We, unfortunately, do not accept all adult groups, student groups, bachelor-, bachelorette- or any parties as we are only suitable for families.Collen, the domestic helper, is there to make your stay more comfortable and works 6 days a week (including weekends). He lives on the property.
Arrival and Departure Times:
Arrival: after 14:00
Departure: by 10:00
If other times are needed please ask and the establishment will try to accommodate. There may be an additional charge of R 500 for early check-in or late check-out.
Terms Of Payment:
All bookings require a 30% booking deposit (if more than 30 days from arrival), with the balance and a refundable breakage deposit due 1 month prior to arrival. Bookings less than 30 days from arrival will require full payment.
Breakage deposit: R 2000 must be paid 7 days before arrival. This will be refunded within 48 hours of departure provided nothing is broken/damaged or missing
Rules and Conditions:
This is not a party venue. No gatherings, functions, hens parties, bulls parties etc are permitted. Guests must keep noise to a respectable level at all times and will be required to sign a quiet policy. Any noise complaints will result in immediate eviction without compensation.
No smoking inside the house. This will result in immediate eviction.
No Rage Party bookings.
Maximum occupancy is 14 guests - no adult-only groups are allowed. Outside visitors are allowed on request only.
Extra cleaning charges and damage costs will apply if necessary.
Guests will be held responsible for any shortages due to theft, breakages etc.
Guests are fully responsible for their safety in the home including the swimming pool and the establishment is not liable for guests personal property. Please bring your own beach towels.
Prior to departure, please ensure that the property is locked and the alarm is on and left in the same condition as it was on arrival.
All guests are required to sign a conditions of letting agreement before arrival.
