Clarke House is a lovely self-catering holiday home situated in the heart of Shelley Point Estate in St Helena Bay. This could be a great option for either a family or a group of friends as this home has a lovely outdoor entertainment space and is within walking distance from the beach.

This property can comfortably accommodate 12 guests at a time and comprises 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. There are another 3 bedrooms that each have a double bed, while the fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds and a bunk bed. The second bathroom has a bath and a shower.

The open-plan living area features a stylish kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, air fryer, microwave, fridge-freezer, wine cooler, dishwasher, cutlery and crockery as well as a central island with stools. Leading from this kitchen is a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together. The lounge space has comfortable seating which is a great spot to relax with a book. Access to free Wi-Fi is available.

Outside, there is a partially covered patio with an outdoor dining table, a lounging corner and a built-in braai which is the perfect spot for a sundowner in the evening while having a braai. Guests are afforded secure parking on the property.

The owner and agent give no warranty and accept no responsibility or liability for any direct or indirect damages or losses suffered by a guest and/or visitor on the property. All rights of admission are reserved.

An additional R1000 refundable breakage deposit is not included in the quote.

The breakage deposit will be paid back within 2 weeks after departure if all is in order

Please note that this establishment is not suitable for parties and cannot be used as a venue for functions.
No parties are allowed at the house.

Max 3 vehicles allowed

Guests should please be mindful of their surroundings and refrain from making noise after 22:00.

No additional guests will be allowed on the premises other than the number of guests mentioned in the original booking. No day visitors allowed.

Should guests behave in such a manner that is not acceptable by civilised standards or property is used for any other purpose than originally stated, the client and his guests may be asked to vacate the premises.

If any of the rules are not adhered to, a fine can be given and deducted from the breakage deposit.

Cleaning services can be provided while guests are in the house, at an additional cost. Quote on cleaning services during stay on request.

Keep the house in the same condition as it was received. If the house is left in a condition where special cleaning is required, such charges will be deducted from the breakage deposit.

Please note that excessive dirt on the carpets will incur an additional cost of R200 per room.
