The apartment can accommodate 4 guests at a time and comprises 2 en-suite bedrooms. Both spacious bedrooms are furnished with king-size beds, with one en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower and the other en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, an oven, a microwave, a bar fridge, a toaster, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. The kitchen flows into an open-plan living area with a 6-seater dining room table and sufficient seating for the family in front of a flat-screen TV. Access to Wi-Fi is available.
The sliding doors open up to a balcony with an 8-seater dining table, 2 deck chairs, a braai and a view of the Atlantic Ocean making it an ideal spot for family time and social gatherings.

2 guests' feedbackThere were several issues that led to our low grading. 1. The apartment was very close to a massive building site, which we discovered only thanks to Google Street Maps and a friend who photographed the site. As a result of this to their credit, renegotiated our stay to only one month instead of the proposed two. This happily coincided with builders' holidays. You claimed you did not know of the building works, but I believe the owner/host should have made this clear. Future tenants should check this out. 2. The so-called 'host' was, in reality, a 'ghost' as he seemed to vanish very early on, and stopped responding to WhatsApps about problems in the flat, which were many. We were met on arrival by a cleaner, who was unable to fix the Wi-Fi or television, despite trying and calling someone for help. In fact, the Wi-Fi modem was not plugged in and thus did not work, I fixed it myself. 3. There were no curtains in the main bedroom, only inefficient roller blinds hopeless against the sun. New curtains were installed, but no black-out curtains as in the rest of the flat. We used the second bedroom throughout. 4. Many other maintenance issues were pointed out but nothing was done to fix them. For example, the sliding doors were either permanently stuck or screeched on movement and a noisy and smelly dripping pipe and drain outside the second bedroom. I bought a can of WD40 to fix the stuck locks and sliding mechanisms as best I could. The pipe went on dripping. 5. No fan was available, and no deckchairs or shade was provided on the terrace, which made it virtually unusable. 6. On the plus side, the cleaner and security were very good. 7. I could go on, but there is no point in doing so as the owners/host believe the location does it all, but at these prices, we expect more.
I liked everything. The unit had upmarket appliances.
