The open plan living area has comfortable seating with a sleeper couch which can accommodate 1 guest and a TV with DStv. The lounge leads out onto a double balcony, with double-glazed sliding doors, and great views of the beaches and mountains. It has a dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. Guests have access to complimentary Wi-Fi during their stay.
This property has an inverter which ensures an uninterrupted power supply.
There is street parking available. Alternatively, secured parking can be arranged at an additional cost and pending availability.

House rules
The minimum age for booking is 27.Children or persons under the age of 27 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30.
A refundable breakage deposit equal to 1 night's stay will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 5 working days after departure, on condition no breakages have been found.
Housekeeping service is available upon request only and subject to availability - Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 12:00 at no cost.
Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays house-keeping service can be provided at R450 a day and subject to availability and prior arrangements.
Private and secure parking is available - reservation is needed.
The Apartment is self-catering and certain toiletries and basic consumables are provided on arrival only.
