Cloete House is located on the Matjiesvlei Guest Farm, offering an authentic Karoo stay dating back to the 1800s imbued with family history documented by the current owner. This is the ideal choice for guests who wish to break away from city life through a humble and nostalgic experience.

This cottage can accommodate 4 guests and comprises 2 bedrooms each furnished with a double bed. They share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath, basin, and toilet. Linen and towels are provided.

It has a kitchenette equipped with a fridge-freezer, 2-plate stove, microwave, basic cutlery, crockery, and tea- and coffee-making facilities. The lounge has comfy couches and an indoor fireplace. There is also a dining area where guests can enjoy their meals.

The unit opens up to the patio with outdoor seating, perfect to savour a morning cup of coffee.

For nature enthusiasts, the Damrivierkamp is situated on the picturesque shores of the Gamka River. It's an angler's paradise, offering a wide variety of fish species, including yellowfish, black bass, eel, and carp. There are also fantastic waterholes perfect for swimming and rowing. Guests can also experience the Bôjaankop 4x4 route which takes you to the top of Bôjaankop, from where you can enjoy stunning views of the Little Karoo.
