98 guests' feedbackIt's probably the tenth time we've stayed there. And that alone already speaks volumes. It's convenient, safe, and very well located. We prefer not to stay anywhere else. Ann is hospitable and friendly. The breakfasts are delicious! I highly recommend Cloud @ 96.
By far the best customer service I have ever received at a guest house. The hospitality of Ann and Phillip was amazing, and they definitely went the extra mile for our large group. The places to stay are all great value for money and I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you very much for the nice weekend and the hospitality. We hope to see you again in the future.
Clean and tidy. Secure parking and space for a trailer. Next to the highway, so it's easy and quick to get there.
Nicest place to stay in Bloemfontein, on the contrary we don't stay anywhere else. Very comfortable, quiet and tidy. Guesthouse is well located, close to everything, but also not close to city noise. Also safe with lights that shine at night and car is safe, away from street view, behind car gate.
The place felt like home. Had a very friendly reception and staff are very considerate. Very nice atmosphere. Would stay at Cloud @ 96 again anytime and would recommend anyone to choose Cloud @ 96 for accommodation. Thank you very much for a very nice home.
The owner was really amazing and made sure everything was 100%. You have everything you need for a long stay and can even cook without having to buy take-aways all the time. For the amount of money it was really worth it. We were a group of parents with children aged 10 who traveled through for a rugby tournament in Worcester. We had to switch to another unit and without any hassle the owners made sure all our things were transferred.
This is an incredibly cute place! Well equipped and even had lights for loadshedding. It has everything one needs to sleep over for a night or two and I would definitely recommend it!
We stayed overnight when traveling to and from the Cape. Perfect location close to the highway. Nice and quiet area. Very clean rooms. Hosts are very attentive to guest needs. I was glad to have air conditioning and good WiFi while we rested to take the road again.

Very comfortable place to stay after a long day's travel. Conveniently located near the N1, safe and quiet area and friendly service. Our pets were also welcome. Good provision has been made for light during load shedding. Very well furnished with everything one could need, with a few luxuries such as a lovely air conditioner and smart TV.

Bedroom was a bit cramped, but bathroom was spacious. Apartment is quite modern. Don't worry about the air conditioner, because Bloemfontein can get hot in December, but we had a rainy night. Friendly service from Ann and parking was easy too.
Ann was very welcoming. The cabin was surprisingly comfortable for its size and had everything you needed. The shower was great. The only downside was the constant barking of dogs in the area, which was a bit irritating throughout the night.

Perfect room for an overnight stay between the coast and Pretoria. We had a nice stay.
Pleasant place, nice stay.
The place is neat. It is unfortunately over furnished for the unit. There are two kick-out easy chairs (which you can't kick out due to space) to watch TV but it's uncomfortable and you'd rather sit on the bed. The room has no water in the room itself but only in the bathroom. If you want to wash a plate or draw water to drink, you must do it in the bathroom. There is also no cloth or wiping cloth to clean the surface in the kitchen area if you e.g. make something to eat. The ash bin inside the unit is large and is also in the bathroom. The unit mentions braai facilities. There is a Weber braai outside. One would expect that there would be wood for it. There was also no barbecue or barbecue equipment in the unit. The WiFi is also a problem. The password given in the unit did not work and the office gave a different WiFi password. It only worked after I asked for it. The next day the WiFi was down. The owner then connected it again for me which didn't last 2 hours either. I didn't want to ask again and preferred to buy data to do my job. I understand the cancellation is 5 days in advance. However, due to circumstances beyond our control, we had to return to Cape Town after 2 nights and the hostess still expected me to pay for the other 2 nights, which I did. This is acceptable and I understand their cancellation policy. In the future I would rather book for one night and then if I want to stay longer then find out if there is room available. As for value for money. There are many places that charge the same fees. So this is the average price.

Cute surroundings the guest house is in a cul de sac and on the ground there is a cute playground. (noted so in passing). There are lights on all night and electric fencing that makes you feel safe.

Very neat and food is also from the books if you don't feel like eating out then a plate of food is perfect.

Hint, the kick out chairs didn't work. A footstool or a pouf would have been very welcome in front of the chairs. Hand towels and a mat before the shower are a must.

Nice place to sleep over a weekend is affordable, not badly located. People are very friendly. All that bothers is the dog barking all the time when sitting outside on a bench. Furthermore, it was very nice.
Ann and her family are wonderful hospitable people! The units are luxurious and very neat. We slept so well on quality bedding! The guest house is central and close to everything. We will definitely choose Cloud @ 96 again when visiting Bloemfontein.

Beautiful, tidy accommodation with unexpected extras such as a hairdryer and iron/ironing board. It's the best I've ever slept in a guest house in my life. Bed, pillows and bedding very good quality. Will definitely stay with you again when we are in Bloemfontein.
Although one has to take into account that the accommodation is still being worked on (another unit is being built) and part of the site is therefore a building site, we had a very nice stay. The accommodation reminds me of the American "tiny houses" and it feels clean and luxurious with pure white percale bedding and thick towels. Ann, the owner was also kind enough to let us bring our two Yorkies with us. Cloud@96 will definitely be on our radar when we sleep over in Bloem again.
