Service was excellent, and is close to everything. Will go again for sure.
The staff are all friendly and helpful. No request was too much trouble.
No hot tub, pools are dirty, and there is no hot tub, when I asked for it I was told it no longer exists. When I checked out, I wanted to ask for an extra R200 for parking, which was not part of the price at all. Didn't pay it.
Very central on a road crossing, but it is calm. We will come back on our next stay.
Located in the centre of every attraction. Beautiful and peaceful place.

Cloud 9 Boutique Hotel & Spa is a very nice hotel. Friendly service, clean and beautiful room and the best breakfast! Will definitely go back. The Rooftop Bar is a huge bonus!
Cloud 9 is centrally located near Breestraat. Although in a busy area, rooms were dead quiet. Double windows ensure a great night's rest. Rooms were very clean and tidy. The reception was friendly. I would definitely stay there again!

Close to everything, literally walking distance. Easy to find. Very nice clean, tidy room. The breakfast buffet that was included was incredibly tasty and highly recommended. The view from the rooftop bar is something out of fairy tales.
