House rules

A breakage deposit is required per booking, and it will be refunded within 7 working days of the guest's departure, provided that the unit is left in the same condition as upon arrival and that everything is in order. Any discrepancies or damages in the unit should be reported to the office within 12 working hours.

The unit is strictly non-smoking, and guests are required to smoke outside. Failure to comply could result in the forfeiture of the guest's deposit to cover the cost of steam cleaning curtains, carpets, and furniture.

In the event that more guests are found to be staying in the unit than initially quoted or if the number exceeds the total allowed capacity, the deposit will be forfeited.

Pets are not permitted.

Beach towels should be brought by guests, although all bed linen and bath towels are provided. Complimentary toilet paper and guest soap are supplied, but as this unit is self-catering, guests are responsible for replenishing these items at their own expense. Guests should also remember to bring dishwashing liquid and any other cleaning materials they may need.

Cleaning services can be arranged between 8:30 and 14:30, excluding weekends and public holidays. To schedule this service, guests must contact the office at least 48 hours in advance and make payment through the office rather than directly to the cleaner. Please note that the availability of this service is subject to resource availability, especially during peak seasons.
