The main house comprises a living area with a large vented fireplace, lounge, 10-seater dining room table, and a radio, DVD and iPod player. The main house features a Smart TV with a full selection of DStv channels and Netflix. The kitchen features a scullery, and is equipped for self-catering with a fridge-freezer, Nespresso maker, microwave, oven and stove, filtered water, and a blender.
The large main en-suite bedroom contains a king-size bed, air-conditioning, a TV with selected DStv channels, and a safe for valuables. This room has views of the Overberg. The en-suite bathroom is fitted with a bath and shower. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. This bedroom has garden access. The third bedroom is a 'chill room' with a sofa that doubles as a discreet, pull-out double bed. This room has an en-suite bathroom with a shower.
The fourth and fifth bedrooms are located in the attached cottage, and both have queen-size beds and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The cottage comprises a kitchenette with a fridge-freezer, a Nespresso maker, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. It also features a lounge area with an open fireplace and separate garden access, a TV with selected DStv channels and a DVD player, and a safe for valuables. It has separate gate access to the street.
The courtyard area features a swimming pool with a safety cover, a day bed for relaxing, undercover couches, a 12-seater table for outside entertainment, a 3-burner Weber gas braai and a traditional Weber braai.
For security there are remote-activated, external beams with live connectivity to ADT security response and 4 externally facing cameras provide added security. The villa has 1 gated parking spot and 4 off-street external parking spots. Plenty of additional parking is available should it be required.
