Had a great stay with two preschool children in the family room. Plenty of parking for our Viano Bus and Trailer. Lots of space and well furnished. Hostess was fantastic and went out of her way to make everything so nice for us. Children really enjoyed the Koi fish, these fish have personality! We will stay there again and recommend it to everyone!
This was now our second visit to the apartment at College Road Guesthouse and we liked it even more than our first time. The apartment is big and has everything you need. There is an inverter for load shedding which makes things very convenient. The place was spotless and tidy when we arrived and the hostess spoiled us deliciously with enough coffee, tea and some sweets. We would recommend the place to anyone anytime, it's really value for money and lovely to stay here!

We really have nothing negative to say about this place. We had an absolutely lovely weekend at College Road Guest House. The garden is beautiful and the atmosphere is so nice and peaceful. Sonja's communication was excellent, she answered my messages within minutes every time. My father has been to hundreds of guesthouses in his life, and he says this one was definitely the best so far. We will definitely use the guest house again in the future!

Just want to thank Sonja for one of the best units we booked through LekkeSlaap. Her service and friendliness could not be better, there was a power outage but alternatives were very much in place we experienced no inconvenience. There was still electric light in the room and boiling water was brought to us within minutes. Nice hot water, we could shower. If we ever have to sleep in Cradock again, these rooms are first on our list. Thank you Sonja, you are a star.

Searched for a place overnight to attend a ram auction next day towards Tarkastad. Safe and comfortable and we could even have a barbecue. Recommended if someone is looking for an overnight and longer stay in Cradock.

I was a little disappointed that my husband had limited access to the pool. I have already chosen College Road for the aircons and pool. My husband doesn't swim for long but likes to get in every now and then and cool off, the pool was covered and on only 2 occasions it was opened and as soon as he got out it was closed again. Do not advertise swimming pool if it is not accessible.
After a hard day of driving, it was great to arrive to a clean, cool unit with all we required. The photos on the site accurately reflect where we stayed. Also grateful for secure parking.

We were on our way from Rhodes and wanted to try and get into the Zebra Mountain National Park for a few hours in the afternoon before the gates closed. Sonja very kindly arranged for her staff to hand over the keys without us checking in so that we could come back much later to check in. We were missing plates in the unit, a quick call to Sonja and within 5 minutes she was there with the plates, nothing was too much trouble.

We had a great stay at College Road Guest House. We had booked two double rooms and the flat, which worked particularly well with a family. The teenagers enjoyed the WiFi and my student son had a nice big table to work at. All in all a great stay, with great facilities and very hospitable and friendly owners.

Cradock is a lovely little town in the Karoo. Very clean and neat town with friendly people. Had a nice meal at Karoo Express 24/7, just too much. Can share one portion. Guest house is well located. Neat! Everything you need for some good rest to take on the road back to the Cape.

We arrived and were greeted warmly by Sonja and Frikkie. Our rooms were lovely and comfortable. We had requested a Karoo lamb dinner and Sonja gave us a feast! They have been open only for a couple of months but they made our stay so amazing that you would think they were open for years. If anyone is in the Cradock area, look no further than this establishment. We highly recommend them.

The guest house is nice and close to the entrance of Cradock without the noise of the main road. A large fenced backyard made storing my trailer easy. Too bad the cold caught up with us, otherwise the big pool would have been a relief after a long day's travel. The spacious apartment made you feel right at home with a fireplace, if you wanted to use it.
We were pleasantly surprised by what we got for the low costs. Everythinh and more than we have already found at other guesthouses at double those costs. Will definitely stay there again!
We were two families staying for one night. The double room we had was excellently equipped and tidy. Our friends who had the family room had complaints about the beds. However, it was clear that the owners are still in the process of furnishing the family room. I can recommend College Road Guest House and would stay there again.

The room was spotless, but very cramped. If weather was a problem, there is nowhere to sit other than on the bed. Remove the antique cupboard and full length mirror and replace with a small table and 2 chairs. It may still be cramped but functional.
