Collingwood House is a furnished double-storey self-catering holiday home located in Trafalgar, on the lower KwaZulu-Natal south coast, with stunning 180-degree views. The home is situated on a double plot and surrounded by indigenous trees and a tropical garden. The amazing Blue Flag beach is a mere 2 km from the doorstep, and Trafalgar is a just few minutes’ drive from Southbroom, Margate and San Lameer, as well as Shelly Shopping Centre.

Collingwood House is ideal for a family getaway or a group and can accommodate up to 8 guests. The house comprises 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a guest toilet, a kitchen, dining room and living area. The bedrooms are located on the ground level. The first bedroom contains a queen-size bed and a shower en suite. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. The third and fourth bedrooms each contain a double bed. These 2 rooms share a bathroom with a bath and a shower.

The kitchen is well-equipped for self-catering with a stove and oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a laundry with a dishwasher and washing machine. The room contains an 8-seater dining room suite. The lounge features 2 sofas, 2 easy chairs and a sound system. The TV room contains a TV with a DStv connection, should you wish to bring your own decoder and smart card. There is also an upstairs guest toilet.

There is a full length balcony with braai facilities, that is half enclosed in glass for the odd windy day. This is the ideal place to enjoy the sea view while soaking up the sun. Guests may also enjoy a swim in the sparkling pool on quieter days.

The property is fully serviced by the resident housekeeper. There is a double garage with secure parking for 2 additional cars. The house and garden are both equipped with security alarms and outside beams and are covered 24-hours a day by armed response.
