Please note that you will be required to accept the full terms and conditions as provided by management upon booking.

ID verification is compulsory upon check-in.

No parties or events are allowed and no loud or disruptive noise levels are allowed.

The maximum occupancy at any given time is limited to the number of guests specified in the booking.

Smoking is not allowed inside the unit. Guests should smoke outside and dispose of cigarette butts responsibly. Ashtrays are available in the cupboard beneath the recessed bin on the center kitchen console. The garden should not be used as an ashtray.

House trained pets are welcome at an additional fee and only with prior agreement with the host.

Please dispose of leftover food responsibly, as improper waste management can attract flies and cockroaches. Avoid leaving open plates of food around.

Food and drinks should not be consumed in the bedrooms.

Please note the pool is a saltwater chlorinated system and can be fitted with a safety net if need be. Please do not tamper with any of the pipes, cleaners, etc.

A wood-fired hot tub is available on request for R490.

A fee of R250.00 will be charged for gas and cleaning if you'd like to use the Jetmaster gas braai.

For long-term stays, a compulsory weekly cleaning fee of R350 applies. The cleaning can be scheduled on a weekday of your choice.

Any fabric items, such as towels, bed linen, furniture covers, throws, and curtains, that are found stained will incur additional cleaning fees ranging from R100 to R250 per item. If the stains cannot be removed, you will be responsible for replacing the damaged item(s).

Please note John lives behind the garage and is available to assist if needed while respecting your privacy. The house and walled pool garden are completely private. However, the back garden and the driveway area are shared spaces.

There is a separate apartment that can accommodate 2 guests that can be booked together with this house. Guests can enquire about it.
