- A complimentary change of linen and towels is only done for guests staying 7 nights or longer.
- Smoking is not permitted in the cottage. Guests are welcome to smoke outside - please make use of the ashtrays provided.
- Noise levels are expected to be kept to a minimum and will be closely monitored by the owners or management. Please be considerate of neighbors. No loud noise or music after 22h00 is allowed.
- Should any problems occur, guests will be expected to settle the full account and leave the premises immediately, without any refund.
- Maximum occupancy must be adhered to
- The cottage is not suitable for small children
- No drugs allowed.
- No pets allowed.
- No parties or events of any kind allowed.
- No guests, other than paying guests are allowed on the premises.
- Please conserve water and energy by switching off the TV and lights when guests are out for the day.
A breakage deposit is not required on small items however, please treat the space with respect. The managers will have to claim for any major damage done to the property and if guests are found at fault, there will be a claim for the guests to compensate for damage done.
