Beautiful places that are perfectly located to visit restaurants and all the shops in Stellenbosch. If you like a lot of quiet, the restaurant staff of the on-site restaurant can be a little annoying. But the accommodation is for people who like to eat out and explore the town.

The accommodation itself is clean and tidy, and the communication regarding parking and check-in times is 10/10. The "inverter" kicks in quietly which is a big plus during load shedding. All the furniture is extremely comfortable and from the living room you can see a beautiful view of lemon trees and the church. The apartment is indeed directly above a restaurant which is already noisy at 07:00 on a Sunday, and the other residents in the building like to slam gates and shout late at night, so if you/you want to sleep peacefully, this might be not ideal. Concord 3 is ideal for guests who want to visit the restaurants, bars and shops until late and explore the surrounding areas early in the morning.

Communication with the host was not good. I had a request for earlier check-in and there was only a reply after three messages. The location is very good for restaurants and the town, but unfortunately also a lot of noise early in the morning by restaurant workers.

Nelis provided us with great service. Our accommodation was nice and even my one year old had a great time. Nothing was ever too much trouble for Nelis and his team. We will definitely stay there again soon!
