"The view is very nice, but the place needs a lot of improvement."

The following things are a problem: The Jacuzzi is not working or we may not have used it. (You cannot advertise the Jacuzzi, but people are not allowed to use it). The front door lock does not lock with a key because it is broken, one has to enter and exit through the back door and keep the sliding door locked instead, was the advice we got when I inquired about it. The door handle of one room keeps falling off. The braaier\Weber's handle is loose. There is no secure parking and my high risk vehicle (Toyota Fortuner) had to be parked outside, not even a roof. My vehicle could not even park behind a fence. There is a garage, but we may not have used it when I inquired. We paid a R900 cleaning fee and when we moved the couch away a little on arrival, the cleaner swept plugs and dust under the couch. It was clear that she was only cleaning superficially. We cleaned it ourselves. For R900 cleaning fee for 2 days' stay, I expect the place to be spotless and someone to come in daily to clean, which didn't happen either. The wifi is slow so we used our own internet. The positives of the place are: It has an incredibly beautiful view of the Knysnameer. The beds slept well and the shower is nice and big. The garden is neat. The kitchen is neat and beautiful.
