It opens out through large sliding doors onto the swimming pool area, which includes an outdoor braai and pizza oven under the covered lapa. There is solar and battery backup for lights, alarms, entry gates, and a UPS for Wi-Fi.

House rules
There is a separate granny flat on the property with a permanent tenant who does not have access to the main house or outdoor areas.No pets are allowed on the property under any circumstances.
No parties are allowed, and loud noise is prohibited after 22:00 PM. No more than 10 people are allowed on the property at any given time (including guests). Friends are not permitted to sleep over on the couch.
The house is equipped to accommodate a maximum of 5 guests. If friends stay over without permission, an additional fee per person per night will be charged.
Guests are requested to respect the property, as they are visitors in the owner's home. Any breakages or damage should be reported immediately so that the owner can bill accordingly.
Guests are advised to take care when using the pool, and children must be under constant supervision in and around the pool area.
