Each flat has a private entrance and offers a lounge area, as well as a kitchenette that contains basic appliances such as a bar fridge, a kettle, a microwave, and an induction cooker. Complimentary tea, filter and instant coffee, and milk are provided.
Additionally, guests have access to the swimming pool on the host’s property. A parking space is reserved for 1 car only. Cosy Toti Accommodation is ideally located within 2 km of the beach, restaurants, shops, and other facilities in the area.
Please note there are 2 dogs on the property. They are extremely docile and friendly.

Very central accommodation to Toti, Kingsburgh, etc. We felt safe and relaxed. Clean and well-kept flat with a TV, WiFi, full DSTV package, aircon, etc.

We checked in late and the key was given to us. I asked if there was someone who could deliver food for us, then she said we should call Uber or Mr D. I don't know the area so got lost when I wanted to get food. The next morning I was awakened by a noise and ladders being moved around. When we got outside the housing unit, there were people working on wires. The lady came back and told them to wait until we left, but it wasn't nice to wake up like that. There was no water in the fridge, every person wanted a cappuccino and there was no milk available, although there was also tea. There was a lot of noise from the kitchen right next to the sleeping unit and contractors working there.
Yes. If you like to be private, this is not ideal. The toilet is visible through the master bedroom window and no privacy during use. The sliding or "barn door" has been removed. The entrance to the other unit faces right into the master bedroom. If both guests want to barbecue, this can be problematic.

Stayed 1 night can't complain about anything. Als was perfect. All I would suggest is a shelf in the shower to put your soap and washcloth. Furthermore, it is a very cute place. Can recommend to anyone.

We stayed at Cozi Toti in the first week in January and it's 100% a stay I would recommend. . Our flat had everything that we needed and more - we slept so well there and just had the best time. The location is great and you feel super secure, the swimming pool provided so much fun and the 2 dogs were so lovely and so affectionate the braai area was so nice and relaxing and the fairy lights gave such a nice vibe to the area. The flat is not too far from the main beach either as well as the shops. As our first time in Amanzimtoti, we will be back to stay here.
We had a wonderful stay with my family. The place looks exactly how it looks in the pictures. The hosts were lovely and friendly. I would definitely recommend the accommodation and we will be going back.

There was a guy that knocked on the door and we didn't even tell him to come in and he just opened the door and they were complaining that we were making noise when we laugh and also our music was loud, even though it wasn't that loud.

The place had ants issue and I also had the dog struggle which made me very uncomfortable moving around freely. I am not fan of animals at all. Either than that everything else was great.
Accommodation very different from what was presented on the website. No microwave oven. Fridge and freezer definitely not sustainable for period of stay. No provision made for a table and chairs within living area.

We were three adults who only needed to stay one night. We were in late and out very early, but the stay was really worth it. It's beautiful, comfortable, very neat and warm. Would like to spend the night there again for longer and use the facilities such as the nice swimming pool and relaxation corner.
The venue was clean and looks even better in real life than it does on pictures. The owner gave us alternative numbers for when she was not available and was very accommodative. We went there just to sleep closer to where we we going the following day, but we were so sold on the venue that we will be going back for a mini vacay.
Excellent! Only thing is the blankets, please let us know next time to come with extra blankets, that weekend was cold.
