Country Lane is a very peaceful place to stay. Close to restaurants and shops. It provides a sufficient, basic breakfast of cereal, yogurt and toast with coffee/tea included in the package. The host is super friendly and helpful. Good value for money. I will be back! They have arrangements for load shedding, with no interruption in WiFi and lights.

Very nice stay and the place is well located in the area in which I had to work.
Country Lane is a beautiful guest house, with nice modern, spacious rooms that are well equipped. We slept wonderfully on a comfortable mattress with crisp linen. The owner went out of her way to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
Quiet and peaceful. Relaxing atmosphere, especially after a long day. Jenny is a great host and very professional.
I only stayed one night and could not use the breakfast offer as I had to leave early. Place is located in a quiet peaceful neighborhood and is very neat and clean.
We were warmly welcomed and the rooms were beautiful and tidy. The gardens are beautiful, and the breakfast was delicious. We will definitely stay there again!

The staff were friendly and accommodating. The staff couldn't have been more accommodating, from the portion size at breakfast which was delivered to our room, to restocking the coffee sachets we used. If I was going to make a suggestion on how to improve the quality of my experience, I would perhaps suggest that maintenance be improved. There were water spots on the ceiling, lights that didn't work and a cold water tap in the basin that wasn't secured properly. The cats were great as well. I will definitely recommend and stay there again.
I was there on business. The area and the property is beautifully situated and peaceful, the hostess (not the owner) who received me was a bit confused as to who I was but in all very friendly and was received warmly. Loved the old farm look. The Wi-Fi was on the slow end for business use, but for use when on a getaway it will be perfect. Would go there again for a getaway weekend and try the breakfast.
We really had a very pleasant time and Country Land Guest House is very good value for money. We would definitely recommend it.
One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed, but the rates are excessive for what is offered. The apartment needs a new coat of paint, towel hook is loose. Little things that could be fixed to somewhat justify the high rate.
We found Country Lane very comfortable and clean. Megan was a lovely hostess who was in touch with us about her plans and arranged our stay. It was a 5 minute drive away from the wedding venue, super convenient!
