Country Side Villa 13 is a lovely self-catering holiday home located in a secure countryside estate called Green Fountain Farms which is situated 10 km outside of Port Alfred. This property is an ideal option for a memorable family holiday as the villa overlooks an expansive lawn rich in birdlife and a pond with ducks and geese.

This double-storey property can accommodate a total of 6 adults and 2 children at a time and comprises 3 en-suite bedrooms. The first bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and features an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath. The second bedroom also has a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a shower. The third downstairs bedroom also contains a king-size bed and includes an en-suite bathroom fitted with a bath and a shower. All linen and bath towels are provided; however, guests are required to bring their own beach towels.

The open-plan living area occupies the lower level of the home and features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery, and crockery as well as a central breakfast island with stools. A washing machine is also available. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with seating and a TV. Access to free Wi-Fi is available throughout the house. For guests wanting to stay in, there are board games available.

Outside the unit, there is a covered patio with outdoor seating and a built-in braai. This patio leads onto a wooden deck that boasts beautiful views of the surrounding nature.
