2 days without power. Refrigerator defrosts. I have to clean myself with my beach towels. I have to spend extra money to buy thawed meat etc. to replace. No feedback or feedback is provided. I feel that the letting agent could at least make the effort to only give feedback regarding power.
I booked at Cosumel for a week and was having a great time, I extended my break. The accommodation was perfect and the unit was superb. I felt like home away from home and had everything I needed for my family. Five steps and your swimming.
The view is beautiful, you can walk to the beach. You can relax in your privacy, but also feel part of the holiday spirit outside.
We had a wonderful stay and the view is fantastic.
Very disappointed in the service.

Chairs on veranda are old and worn out by the sun. Veranda floor tiles are very slippery due to humidity - suggest tiles to be replaced with non skid tiles. Lifts out of order since 16/10/2019. Body Corporate did nothing to fix it before the weekend. Had to use the stairs. Walk with a walking stick. Front door closed the entire weekend. Only entrance and exits were through the parking garages. Although we were requested to bring towels, there are no kitchen cloths etc. TV wasn't working, so we couldn't watch the rugby. Dining room set's chairs need attention.
The people of Umdloti Letting are professional and caring. It was a great pleasure to share with them and I will visit Cozumel again. It's exactly the place where I wanted to be and it was peaceful and had everything we needed.
Fantastic stay. Beautiful view and just nice and comfortable for a family with small children.
Location and flat 100% but they do not have enough kitchenware. Plates were chipped. Much room for improvement. Couldn't leave the windows and doors open because the monkeys grabbed stuff in the flat. Some people in the apartments feed the monkeys. This is why I won't recommend it to anyone.
