13 guests' feedbackUnit was well spaced out. Very neat and tidy. All utensils, blankets, etc. were provided. Furniture was well suited and accommodated. Will definitely return in May. Sea view was excellent, unit was well centralised.
It was really a nice stay, and everything I needed was around Mdloti. I didn't have to drive far.
It was very pleasant with no problems, other than the load shedding menace. The garage is below ground and pitch black in the dark when the power is off. It's very difficult to get to the stairs without a torch or cell phone, and then the stairs because the lifts don't work.
The kitchen cabinets need an upgrade, smell musty and are swollen. The master bedroom wardrobes struggle to close, lamps don't work. Bathrooms are very neat and the rest of the apartment is neat and we had a very nice stay THANK YOU.
Noise and mess of place by maintenance people, could not use balcony due to not general condition of building, looks neglected, only one entrance and exit for vehicles per parking area. General impression of entrance hall neglected, lighting poor in apartment, main room no headboard, no mirror or worktop in ladies room. Owner of Cozumel can feel free to put more effort into the decor and bed linen for the asking rate, apartment looks run down for the asking rate.
I really feel that both owners and agent were at fault. Ghent never checked if we booked in at all. We arrived on a Saturday and had to collect keys from garage. They didn't check that the details in flat were there eg. plug for zink, hot water working, dish cloth, black bag for rubbish etc.
Lovely little apartment opposite the swimming beach. Will definitely definitely go back soon.
Umdloti is a lovely holiday destination, close to everything. The airport, shopping centers and attractions. The beach is safe for young and old. Cozumel is ideally located, right across from the beach where you can swim. Safe walkways for everyone who wants to walk along the beach, without letting your feet get full of sand.
My two children and I spent a long weekend here. The apartment has all the basics needed, and is excellently located right in front of the swimming beach. However, there are no extras, and the place's lights were all connected in a way that ensured that lights were turned on and off throughout the apartment as soon as one remote control was used. However, I would recommend it for short visits.
Flat was close to the beach and restaurants. Loved it.
We had a wonderful stay. Stunning location and view. All that 212 lacks is "monkey-proof" anti-theft protection in front of the sliding doors.
Excellent holiday accommodation. Maybe use mats in the bathroom in stead of towels.
