My stay was wonderful and peaceful.
Confirmed our "in-room spa treatments" on arrival, which ended up being 30 minutes late. Poor communication between reception and therapists. Spa beds were particularly unstable, noisy and creaky. Reception staff were slow to answer calls. Power points in the room were not working, this was sorted after two follow up calls. Poor communication between reception and interview staff. Since dinner order was placed we waited an hour for our main course. Wine list is limited and expensive.
Such a beautiful and peaceful place, staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were beautiful and clean, was a great stay and would definitely go back. The only negative is the restaurant is quite pricey.
