We were only there for the weekend for a wedding nearby so didn't make use of all they had to offer, but what we did get was absolutely amazing. The cottages are beautiful and spotless. The place is fully stocked with what you could need and the views and garden were magnificent. Overall a really lovely place.
The house has everything you need and is very tastefully furnished.
Ronnie welcomed us I couldn't find anything in the cottage who helped us with the WiFi password, I couldn't even find the underfloor heating that is on the ad. It was bitterly cold and warm sheets and electric blanket would be an asset. The living room and bedroom have a very dangerous step that is not clearly signposted. My husband and I fell there and could have had ugly consequences, luckily we only have a few blue spots and stretched muscles. I also expected breakfast to be provided, but it was only cheese, yogurt and a sandwich left in the fridge with orange juice. The rusk was delicious with our coffee. A delicious hot shower and power during load shedding was the highlight. Unfortunately there was a lot of dog poo on the lawn near the river and you had to tread carefully. Definitely a clean, good, comfortable accommodation, conveniently located.
It was a pleasure to stay at Cradle Cottage. The cottage was very neat and everything a person needs. I like the boxed milk instead of those little milks that have 3 drops in them.
The hospitality during our stay in your cottage was majorly impressive. The hosts friendly disposition and attention to detail impressed us very much, and we were very comfortable during the time that we spent at the accommodation. The owner is very friendly and helpful. The place is very well furnished and perfectly located to Rhinolion reserve and Sterkfontein caves. The place is also ideally located for cyclists.
