12 guests' feedbackWe booked over Easter weekend just for a break. We had a wonderful rest. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the staff are incredibly friendly, from the security at the gate, the reception, the staff in the restaurant, everyone was very friendly and hospitable. We had a wonderful rest and although it was only two days, it felt like a week. We would definitely recommend it. The food was top notch and the rooms well equipped with everything needed. The bedding was fresh and the bed was really very comfortable. We didn't book some of the spa's massages, a reason to definitely return. Thank you very much, this trip was definitely one for the "memory" book.
It was really worth the money. Value for money.

The spa was fantastic. The lady was professional and friendly and knew what she was doing. The rooms were spacious, air-conditioned, tidy. The food was awful. My best meal was a chicken salad. The dinners were a fiasco. The second night I ordered creamy chicken with wine and pasta. I waited an hour and a quarter for my food. The lady who first took my order didn't mention it. When my food came I got macaroni in white sauce with very little chicken. After 3 bites I send it back. The manager apologized and told me the food is pre-prepared then they just heat it up! The service, apart from one of the ladies, was very good. They serve the best Pinacolada. Unfortunately the second night they ran out of stock for the ingredients?! Now I ask you, how does it work. The food almost upstaged the whole experience for me.

Very nice and peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are neat. Service and food were fantastic. Unfortunately we had very noisy neighbors which made it unpleasant.
