Very nice stay. Everything was clean and tidy.
Accommodation is well located and is very safe. Definitely value for money.
The sink plugs in the kitchen don't work and I struggled to wash dishes. The aircon doesn't work either. The owner is incredibly incompetent and made no provision for load shedding. I had to be totally in the dark. There was a misunderstanding with the reservation. It was for 2 people and should actually have been for 3 people. I had no problem paying the difference, but the owner could have handled the situation better and not made you feel like a crook. I also had to complain before they came to clean the place. The unit definitely needs attention and a decent cleaning. I would like to thank Alice, she was very pleasant and really tried her best to make the situation better. Such a big thank you to her.
No not at all, what a disappointment. No hot water was available. The bath was without a plug, crockery and kettle were incredibly dirty. In addition, the owner was very rude. We never see this place again.
Craigiva, amazing staff with a warm welcome. in the lovely rain. We enjoyed space, comfort, and the garden's heaven. Comfortable beds, good linen, lovely bathrooms and the living area perfect. Close by parking, easy access and the location is 100%. My granddaughter enjoyed the 2nd bedroom with en-suite. This is so comfortable. I am looking forward to book again.
Might install a pumping system for the water for the tower.

Would have preferred to get clean towels every day. The lady who signed us in, Portia never wore a mask because is unacceptable. Thank you.
We really enjoyed the short time. However, there were a few minor gripes. The crockery in the cupboard was dirty when we arrived, and there was a curtain hook between the sheet and mattress which was quite a spook to get out. Other than that, there were no complaints, and the view is fantastic.

The signs at the entrance are misleading and need some attention. Other than that we can't complain at all, we had a really nice stay and will definitely book with Craigivar again.
Reservation was for family of 4. Would love to have seen a photo of the room layout. No reception area. Lady who received us was rude and speaks only English. 2 half toilet rolls, 2 cups and only 4 sugars. Lots of dust, just cleaned superficially. Bath leaks. For a family of 4 there are not enough towels, only 2 bath towels, one of which was still hung next to shower and was very dirty. These circumstances necessitated only one night's stay, but if the guesthouse was better we would have easily stayed longer.
A little bit upset because the unit they gave us was very pretty, but very impractical and not very private. My husband and I shared the space with my daughter and her husband. The bathroom upstairs is completely open next to the double bed for us and bunk beds for them, so we had no privacy to get dressed or take a bath. Everyone had to be downstairs when someone wanted to take a shower or bath. The other unit was not occupied, and more suitable for us, so I'm a bit unhappy about where they placed us. My daughter and her husband had to put the mattresses on the floor to sleep.
Had a great stay there and was peaceful and truly a guest house that I will definitely use again in the future.
We received very good service. We unexpectedly had to check in a night earlier. They made plans to accommodate us. It also happened that we were only able to check in late, again they made a plan to help us. Will definitely use them again.
Would just like to watch the rugby next time. Limited DStv channels.
