The farm has 400 meters of Crocodile River frontage and is surrounded by bush and citrus farms. There are many monkey-thorn trees and an abundance of bird life, including hippos that visit at night. There is a swimming pool and a bar/snack shack where guests can sit back, relax, or take a dip in the pool.

An excellent experience! The beautiful sleeping places are furnished with taste and the service was excellent. Crocodile Sands brightened up a boring business trip!
We came from Nelspruit's side. We took the Sabie road as the GPS indicated. Take the Schoemanskloofpad instead, it's much shorter and excludes the detour which takes longer and is a dirt road.
Just the water pump making noise at the farm opposite and no WiFi.
Thank you Les and his team for a lovely peaceful overnight stay. The rooms have a beautiful view and the service is great. Very clean and tidy and will definitely stay overnight again.

If you enjoy remote bush places with privacy and nature, this is a place for you. We enjoyed ourselves and some time out. There are network issues at times but good to relax.
Very cute place. Rooms are spacious and the outdoor kitchen is well equipped. There was no wood available to make a fire. So take it with you if you want to barbecue. When I asked about wood the man who checked us in said - oh we forgot to cut wood for you. Fortunately, the garage 2 km beyond the lodge had wood.
Nice bed, kitchen sparsely furnished so bring everything you need for a barbecue.
Neat accommodation but 80 km from the location indicated on different websites, as confirmed with other guests. Les reckons there should have been an email for correction in location, but nothing was ever received. There is no coffee or tea. Khaya does try his best to help the guests with double bookings etc. Very unsafe, not fenced at all.
Wifi was not available as advertised, no extra toilet paper, kitchen had minimal available. Kettle and microwave were not brought until later in the evening, fridge and geyser were not on. Price it seems, is only for the decor and the environment.
