Gravity has a tremendous impact on the operation of guesthouses. Cummings handles it very well.
The WiFi was unreliable which was problematic for a business trip, but management was very apologetic and did their best to sort it out.
Only complaint was that the aircon in our unit had a blue light which flashed all night, it was like sleeping in a police car! We eventually covered it by placing a towel over it.

On our arrival at the guest house we were greeted by a friendly aunt, she made us feel very welcome, the rooms were very neat and everything was well organized. We slept well and the neighborhood is very peaceful and quiet, we will use it again in the future for accommodation when we visit that side.

We has a wedding on 12 May 2018 and decided on the last moment that we didn't want to drive home afterwards. I made the booking at around 13:00 on the internet and within 10 minutes the booking was confirmed and payed. The owner was very friendly and went out of her way to help us. The room was neat and clean. Good value for money and excellent service.

Wonderful hospitality. Maybe just 1 comment. The outside lights are very bright and shine into the room. Maybe dark curtain or timer for outdoor lights on the porch.

It was pleasant to stay there.
The host was lovely and the room we stayed in was adequate, but I would not have been happy with it if we were staying for a longer period. Our room was right at the front of the house so you could hear everyone driving past, and had no en-suite bathroom. The accommodation location, however, was perfect for us as we attended an event nearby and we had a very short stay. I do think it was quite expensive for what we got. I did not get to see any of the other rooms so can't comment on those.
