D12 Salamander is a beautifully furnished self-catering unit located in an apartment building, centrally situated and close to Bronze Beach in Umhlanga. The spacious open-plan layout allows guests to have great light and space with all the necessities for visitors.

This first-floor apartment can accommodate 5 guests at a time and comprises 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower, washbasin and toilet. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds and makes use of the second bathroom that is fitted with a shower-over-bath, washbasin and toilet. The enclosed patio area includes a single bed. All linen and bath towels are provided.

The air-conditioned main living area has an open-plan design with a kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery. A dishwasher and a washing machine are available. Leading from the kitchen is a 6-seater dining table where guests can enjoy their meals together. The lounge is furnished with comfortable couches and a TV with a full selection of DStv channels.

The complex offers a lock-up garage for secure parking and a communal swimming pool as well as a play area for the children which is close to the swimming pool area. The building has 24-hour security and is within close proximity to the beach, shop and restaurants.
