121 guests' feedbackVery nice stay and great hospitality.
I appreciated the stay because the lady was very friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the amazing experience. Definitely coming back.
Fantastic, thank you.
We enjoyed our stay. Thank you.
Employees vouched for a clean and comfortable stay and amazing customer services!
We had a very nice stay. Service was great. And the hostess was always at our disposal and very friendly. Only the beds need an upgrade. But we will definitely visit the accommodation again.
It was a pleasant and peaceful stay. I really enjoyed the time spent there. Friendly and helpful staff.
Excellent. Very, very quiet. Friendly.
Safety and helpfulness made a big impression.
Very friendly hostess and helpful. No trouble letting me go out very very early the next morning.
Definitely for backpackers or someone who just wants to sleep safely for the night. Commune sleeping place. Shared kitchen. Room big enough just for overnight stay. Just needs some tlc.
Very nice stay. Shower head was not so great. Slept well and had good service.
The beds were totally out of order. We booked for a couple, but they gave us 2 single beds.
A very friendly welcoming by the host. Clean and well-equipped room. Excellent value for money and a great location within walking distance of most facilities.
They should add more blankets.
The rooms are very neat and offer what you need. The parking is also very safe.
Comfortable overnight accommodation, reception friendly and place clean and practical.
Elize is an iron and very helpful. She takes care of all her guests' needs. Thank you very much for a pleasant stay.
The bed was uncomfortable and there were not enough blankets, we got cold. Otherwise, everything was fine.
Only the exhaust from the tub flooded the room.
The accommodation was suitable for the purpose of my visit.
Floors were noisy when you walk and no keys to exit and enter the premises. Owner locks and unlocks.
The stay was very nice, the accommodation place has a calm atmosphere, is located very close to shops and is safe, adjustment is the wifi and cooling.
We slept here for 2 nights. The first night we were given a tiny room with a bed that was weak. Mattress needs replacing and bed not firm. The next day we got another room with 2 single beds which gave a much better night's rest. The room was bigger and we could move. The service was friendly and rooms clean.
Bed uncomfortable, my husband and I don't even weigh more than 150 kg together. Mattress falls into a hole. When we asked for another room they said they would change a mattress. Same thing again. And B&B is cereal and yogurt. And you have to pay extra for wifi. Bed crack and headboard is not fixed. Just cut our 3 nights to 2.
Not at all! This accommodation does not meet standard at all. Feels dirty, cutlery is pathetic, didn't want to use it at all. The furniture was full of marks and felt dirty, the bed mattresses were old, the bedding was very old and felt creepy. This accommodation has potential, but major changes will need to take place.
For the time we spent there with the work. All one needs is a place to sleep and shower and it was affordable. Very satisfied with everything.
Help was offered as I am disabled (no left arm) and my husband is 85. It is wheelchair friendly. I trust that Shark Lodge, Kleinbaai is also wheelchair friendly. Absolutely applied with discipline. The driver is 100% quality. Highly recommend.

Hartlike verwelkoming, en hulle is spot-on met dienslewering. Die hele opset is netjies.
Good location, close to main road, and for weary traveller. Bed not so comfortable though, very cracked due to wooden bed set. Extra blankets needed especially when it's cold.

I will visit there again, because the visit did us good.
Perfect as our child goes to school there and to stay the night.
Nice and quiet. Close to town.
You get what you pay for at Da Rooms. Nothing luxurious and the rooms are very dark, but for the reasonable price one cannot expect more.
Proper and comfortable mattresses. Freshness of the room. Be specific when one is booking what are giving, room wise. We were a couple but we were given single beds. Linen was not properly packed but dumped in a corner.
The only problem is that no windows in the house open. On a hot summer evening you get very distressed without fresh air coming in.
I hate the fact that you have to call for the gate to be opened. It felt like a prison or boarding school with strict security. She should consider buying gate remote access for each room. Or gate access where people can punch in security codes and gates will open. The bed was not comfortable at all and horribly noisy. The only best thing is that she always has hot water. By the way there is a sleeping time, there is a notice that 10:00pm is sleeping time.
It was not clean. Cockroaches all over. Leads running everywhere. False advertising.
I would recommend the rooms to anybody. This is my home when I am in Worcester. Thank you to Elize for the warm welcome and highly rated hospitality.
Breakfast was enough and tasty. Was lovely to be able to sit outside, although WiFi sometimes lolled.
Sleeps 6. Secure parking inside. Very nice stay. Close to everything. Definitely see you again.
Great service and they met my needs to the full extent. Thank you so much.
Sal definitief weer by hulle bespreek.
Place is clean and very affordable.

Friendly and helpful. Please place towel rails in the bathroom and large please a place for your soap-wire soap holder over the edge of the bath maybe. A bedside light would also be appreciated.
It was pleasant. Restful. Friendly office lady. Felt safe and at home.
Keep hearing footsteps up and down. Space to move in is very little.
The room is too dark if the light is not turned on. No natural light in the room. Roll up blind did not work. If you want to change the fan's speed or turn off the light, you have to get on a chair to get to it. If the light is off and you turn on the fan, the extractor fan makes noise all the time because it turns on and off with the fan. No separate light in the en suite bathroom. The mattress is hard and sleeps uncomfortable.
A power point by the bed to charge a mobile phone was missing. Had to use TV's power point which was across the bed.
Would suggest that more TV channels be made available. TV's image can be set more clearly.
However, I accept the lesser amenities for what I paid.
We could not sleep, noise people walking in and out at night. Bedding not clean, no sheets, I had to ask and only 1 was brought but there were 2 beds. No toilet paper in the restroom.
My room was neat and clean and had everything I needed - just a quick place to sleep, not a holiday, but it's important to mention that you can hear everything going on in the premises and in my case, the other guests were amazing rude. I got there at 11pm and got into bed. Around 01:30, someone started honking endlessly for probably an hour. Around 05:00 someone started to play loud music in their room and then walked up and down the house with it. Although the guest house has done nothing wrong, I think a little stricter rules can be put in place around noise, especially since it is a shared space.
Didn't like the place. Just a note. If one has to pay for WiFi one must be notified ahead of time. In any case, it's a service at all other places to stay.
Good location, good price, but linen is dirty. Hair on toilet seat upon check-in. Dark room with broken aircon. Plugs are fitted with leads.
Very good price for all the beautiful qualities and attitude you experience.
I would love to come again. Myself and my partner were happy with the room. Stunning and amazing.
The room was neat, but quite dark, especially in the bathroom area. A suggestion is to perhaps put a light in the bathroom section as well. However, pest control must be done.
Elize went out of her way and I would recommend Da Rooms anytime. She is a diamond.
Nice stay, reception and staff friendly. Nice and spacious and close to attractions!
Rooms neat and clean. Friendly staff, secure parking. We are only minutes from Hospital and Mill Mall, as well as downtown without the traffic and noise. Ideally located.
Had a nice stay and slept well. Would recommend them.
I would suggest that attention be paid to bathing facilities. Building old and amenities somewhat primitive. I am satisfied with the management.
Pleasantly surprised with how clean Da Rooms was, considering how low the rate per night is. I would just like to have a small fridge in my room.
Shower area was very small. Place can do with a bit of TLC.
You get what you pay for. Only problem for me was the cockroaches I found walking around. I did manage to keep them out and away during my stay but it cost me a little extra. If you are looking to save money on your stay-over its a good idea but not to stay in style. Overall it was good.
My boyfriend and I spent the night here. Just want to mention that our room no. 3 smelled like a rotten drain. The shower smelled bad. I couldn't even open the windows and the roof fan was broken. So slept rather badly. Sharp please up your comforts a bit. I will not use Da Rooms again. We travel a lot and stay at various places, but I was not impressed. B&B with just porridge and coffee? Was weird too!
En suite is kept apart by a shower curtain, plank floor is rotten, room is dark, bed's headboard is broken, weird urine smell in house.
First of all: Advertisement on website very misleading, it must be said that Da Rooms has no double beds and that breakfast is not included and that the rooms are not en suite either.
We were so misled with the photos on the website I almost can't even believe it. I was so shocked when we walked in there! No double beds we were squeezed into such a small room that doesn't even look like the pictures, beds were old and neglected and the bathroom (or if you can call it that) was just eeuw - it was squeezed into the room. I really wouldn't recommend the place. Even the next morning when my husband wanted to make us coffee, oh mercy no, no clean cups in the kitchen and everything dirty just standing there. Now this was a horrible experience for us as new parents who were so looking forward to the 1 night away bit, even if it was for a wedding - we wanted to relax and enjoy it and the place looked so cute - but it was so disappointing when we saw the pictures we were deceived. So my weekend was completely spoiled. The website has never let me down, but now they have.
My namesake, Elize, welcomed us kindly and quickly made us feel at home. Even though we only slept there one night, we were able to strike up conversations a few times, which also made our stay pleasant. She explained about the different options available at Da Rooms. She invited us to use their services again in the future, an invitation I will definitely remember.
Nice stay, thank you very much.
We had a good rest and were within walking distance of the town center and coffee shops.
We were received very kindly. The room was neat and very comfortable. Centrally located. A pleasant homely overnight stay that we would definitely recommend.
Friendly and very pleasant and comfortable!
The reception and friendliness of the lady who runs the guest house is exceptional! The rooms are very neat. I would only recommend that customers bring their own bedding. Especially pillows. Absolute value for money! Especially with a light breakfast included in the price.
Very friendly hosts and I was very happy that I could take my dogs with me. Was only there one night, but could easily have stayed longer if I wasn't in a hurry.
Hospitable, pleasant, friendly staff, tidy and safe.
According to them the accommodation is R250 and R30 for light breakfast. R30 for rusks and coffee is a bit expensive. Otherwise, no complaints.
Da Rooms B&B is ideal for single travellers who just want to spend one or two nights in Worcester. Ideal for me who were visiting a school reunion. Even though there weren't many options at breakfast, there was a variety of cereals. The rooms was very clean and I had secure parking for my vehicle.
Would have liked better lighting. Only one rickety light on one side of bed. Towels mouldy smelling and bed linen not fresh.
Room is dark. No bedside lamps. Old bedding. Gesneeu in Worcester, just a throw and a blanket on the bed. The shower leaked and dripped all night. The sink was loose and also leaked.
We will definitely go back. The lady at reception is very friendly and helpful. Da Rooms is fantastic.
The room was clean and spacious, but a lot could be done to improve it. A kettle in the room would already be a great improvement. No need to go to the kitchen every time to make coffee. The bathroom area definitely needs to be renovated.
Good place, but pest control needs attention.
Room was not as desired. Paint was peeling from wall. Dust on ceiling.
Had a great stay. Elise went out of her way to keep us happy. The place needs a bit of attention, but for the price we paid, it was acceptable.
Value for money and the price was very affordable. Small rooms and kind manager.
My room was neat and clean but the constant coming and going of people who sometimes appeared quite suspicious, disrupted by sleep.
We were a bit disappointed as we did not get the accommodation we had booked, but Petro went out of her way to help us out, even getting up at 03:45 to unlock one of the bedroom doors when we couldn't get open.
Lots of historical value.
Not what I was looking for, the freezer wasn't even on, shower not for handicapped persons, noisy, too much people for the small space outside, photo of outside not what is inside, at back doors old stuff lying around. Thanks for giving my money back.
Reception was unprofessional and unpleasant. Place is dirty and smell of urine. Mattresses are thin and worn out. Toilet is dirty and the seat broken. Very poor service.
On arrival they didn't know about my booking after I showed them proof of payment. I was informed that my vehicle's safety wasn't guaranteed. There was no aircon or fan available. The electric plug is too far from the workspace (behind the bed's headboard). The TV's power cable was unsafely linked (power cable still open). The TV's remote didn't have any batteries. We found cigarettes behind the bed tables. At breakfast there was a choice of two cereals.
Was a nice experience for myself, my wife and our baby girl.
The service was really nice, the rooms were clean and the location is close to restaurants. Will stay here again.
No problems encountered. Was very comfortable. We were received by a very friendly face. Will recommend others to visit there.
Everything was acceptable, but I was just a little disappointed with the breakfast! Continental breakfast is a little more than what they offer!
The one bed collapsed when my friend slept on it and you can see that it has been nailed several times to fix it. Bathroom space a bit small but otherwise no complaints.
Hi! I have been using DA Rooms in Worcester for accommodation since April 2012, whenever we move that way. I used your services again last week. I just want to say a big thank you for the following: ALWAYS friendly service/reception, the neat rooms/bathrooms/overall grounds, the willingness of the lady we always receive to go the extra mile for her clients, the excellent price you pay, the morning/day staff's friendliness towards the guests, the homely interaction you can expect every day on 'the stoep', safe parking and much more. See you again soon! Thank you very much.
A good place to stay the night. Had an awesome bath in our room. Was relaxing and cosy. The caretaker was very friendly.
Very sorry for the criticism. The sink didn't have a stopper, not a glass in the room. The toilet box on top of the closet in the bedroom smelled very strong. The bedding was clean but looked tired. If I had known it was really just basic stuff in the room I would never have booked there. Maybe we were just unlucky to get a poor room.
There were more than 20 cockroaches and the whole house smelled of smoke!
Their more expensive en suite room's toilet and shower sit right next to the bed. The bedding was already old and broken. The extractor fan sounds like an airplane taking off.
What a disappointment. We were booked into the corner house where only 1 room had a window that could open. With no fans and the temperature at 36 degrees by 10:00, it really wasn't pleasant. The TV couldn't even find the most basic channels. The bedding and linen were old and worn. There were cockroaches in the kitchen. The bathroom isn't properly separated from the rest of the room with a mere refuse bag attached to the side of the shower to keep prying eyes out. Those who live on the premises, definitely more tenants than temporary visitors, made a noise until late at night. It was probably one of the least pleasant places I've stayed at and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone.
Although everything was very neat and comfortable, I would have liked to see that the room with the 2 single beds also had a curtain between the beds and toilet. The "small continental breakfast" consists only of Rice Krispies and Post Toasties. There is a grill for bread and there was a variety of jams, but no bread. There is also no water to fill the kettle, we had to fill it in our room. For a place to sleep I would recommend it anytime, and the service was very friendly.
