This is already the third time we have stayed at Dagbreek. Everything is beautifully clean and tidy. The house is very well located and safe. We had a great stay every time, and will definitely stay there again.
We were received very kindly, the house is beautifully renovated and ideal for overnight stays, especially for families. We had a great barbecue, everything needed is there. Being able to park your car in a locked garage is reassuring, especially because you don't want to unload all the luggage for one night. We will definitely stop here again if we get the opportunity again. Thank you very much!

We arrived in Beaufort West during load shedding. Obviously pitch black in the Karoo. Nevertheless, Jaco was waiting for us with the only light (flashlight in the right hand) in the street. The garage door was open and we could immediately pull our car in, where it was safely locked and bolted during the night. The house was spotless and our well equipped room with en suite bathroom and air conditioner, ready for our overnight stay. Jaco's performance was professional throughout. I recommend staying at Dagbreek with a clear heart and will in all probability stay there again.

We loved our stay at Dagbreek. Excellent value for money, lots of space and even a garage to park in.
The house is so spacious and spotless and the well maintained garden must be the only one in the whole of the town, even the gravel driveway is raked! Jaco was welcoming and made sure we were sorted. The voucher to the 4 Sheeps Restaurant was an absolute bonus and a special touch. Free Wi-Fi was also perfect and very welcome. No complaints at all, such great value for money - we will be back for sure!
We were welcomed in very promptly on arrival and were shown our rooms. The place was very comfortable and clean and was well prepared for load shedding. We received a complimentary voucher to eat at a local restaurant. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Spacious house with all the comforts for an overnight stop (tea, coffee, sugar, milk, electric blankies, aircon, toiletries, braai stand). There is no backup power during loadshedding but Jaco sent me a schedule so it's easier to plan your stay. There are lights which turn on automatically during loadshedding so not totally in the dark.
Everything we needed for an overnight stay on our way from Joburg to Hermanus. We were 4 adults but Dagbreek could have easily accommodated more as they have 4 bedrooms. The bedrooms were nicely decorated and the air conditioning was very welcome.
We were very kindly received by Juanita. Everything was neat and clean and we really enjoyed the space of the house. Only 1 negative was that the "main/general" bathroom's toilet didn't flush properly/well, but otherwise everything was fine.

Spacious, clean, stylishly decorated and very comfortable. The owner met us outside with a lamp during loadshedding so that we didn't have to arrive alone in the dark. The house is very well furnished, all the rooms are large with more than enough space for visiting. A large family or group of friends will be able to spend time together very comfortably here.

It's such a nice, spacious guest house with Jaco as a very kind host. Spotlessly clean, very safe, quiet neighbourhood, secure parking for car, extras such as firewood for barbecue, 'voucher' for discount on breakfast at a local restaurant etc.
We stayed here overnight for one night on our journey to the Cape. We had a lovely rest, the place is very neat, well-equipped and has lots of parking. Definitely a winner and will remember the friendly service offered by Jaco and Juanita.
We stayed 1 night and it was in freezing weather, but the house was tidy, nice and warm and cosy. We were able to store vehicles and trailers behind gates which helped a lot.
There was no complaints about noise, when we needed help we were assisted. Very friendly and helpful owners.

The accommodation was perfect for our needs. Spacious and neat and clean. The reception by the owner's wife was friendly and welcoming. The kitchen was well stocked as we needed to cook and prepare a meal. Happy for this.
