All was perfectly fine and as expected as per your marketing material.
Very peaceful and the staff makes a lot of effort. The food in the restaurant is excellent.

The accommodation was perfect for a break away from the city with the family.
Place is as advertised with wonderful people working there. Great value for money. Solar panels for convenience during load shedding was a great value add that was not advertised. Friendly dogs on the premises; however, I would have preferred if they were kept on the private property as I have small kids. Delicious breakfast with a variety of options.

Although I let it be known that we would arrive at 9:00, there was no one to receive us. Only the owner who made modifications to the phone.
Damas offers a peaceful and safe stay. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Good hospitality makes visitors feel welcome.
Loved the peace and quiet. The dogs made friends with me. The only disturbance would be the early travellers leaving around 3, which caused the motion lights to go on and off.
We were there for a wedding. Everything was perfect for what we needed. The farm's woofs made us feel particularly welcome. We were never without company for a moment. Love them.

The advertisement corresponds to the actual accommodation.
The condition of the bathroom is not in accordance with the amount paid per night. The indications on all the bathroom taps of which tap is hot/cold water have been removed. One shower faucet is loose. There are parts of the shower floor where the grout is black. The toilet is loose and water has been leaking for some time if you look at the tackle cell on the ground. Otherwise everything was good.
The room was clean and tidy, and had everything needed, plus the managers were able to accommodate us with an earlier check-in time due to a wedding. Can definitely recommend them!

I was received very kindly by a very nice hostess. My room had everything I needed, was easily accessible and my car was safe. Thank you very much for the electric blanket, it was a very welcome addition on a freezing winter evening. Thank you also that DStv, M-Net and Kyknet are included. I will visit again.

Situated in a lovely area and great view of the surrounding mountains. Far enough out of town to be quiet, but close enough to be able to easily get into Worcester. Nice restaurant and I had a lovely dinner and breakfast. Staff were all super friendly and accommodating (they even checked if I'm still coming to dinner when I was a bit late). I loved the gardens around the room.

I would most definitely recommend Damas with the greatest of confidence. Neat and clean and very comfortable accommodation where everything is thought of and available. The service from the office is friendly, polite and very prompt and efficient. Breakfast which is included is really outstanding and served in the lovely restaurant setting for which Damas is well-known.

We have stayed at Damas before, the facilities are so comfortable there. Too bad we were not notified that there was a private function before the time and we would not have the catering facilities. We had to look for dinner in the village at the last minute.
On the 2nd day there was no coffee or sugar in our apartment nor was there any soap at the sink.
The LekkeSlaap website was really good in communication and helping out. Quick service via internet. Amazing. Damas is a wonderful place. We were disapointed that the restaurant was closed but their willingness to book somewhere else was nice. The room was luxury and clean. We enjoyed it very much!

No effort was made for me! Manager must learn the customer is always right. Danel took great care of me. She is all asset that Damas has.
It was a very pleasant experience for me to stay at Damas. The service was very friendly and the accommodation was luxurious and comfortable with extra blankets and a nice snack at the coffee/tea table. I really enjoyed the large bath, and felt pampered with the beautiful white and fluffy towels. The room is spacious and well furnished. The breakfast was a delicious start to the new day. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in the area.

It's always nice to feel welcome when staying away from home, and with the help of some very loving and eager 4 pawed friends, this is achieved upon ariival. An absolute pleasure the spend time at DAMAS. Being surrounded by the mountains provides a feeling of serenity. The staff are there when you need them, but enough out of sight to make you feel like you're on holiday. The food is amazing and it was a heartbreak to leave.

We had a very nice stay; it was only one night, but the apartment and restaurant were great and prices good.
The feeling is that we got value for money, the people were extremely hospitable. Rooms are more than adequate for a 3 star. The surroundings are stunning and Damas is very centrally located. In short it met all our expectations. Recommended for everyone. Thank you very much!

We had already had our keys collected in the afternoon only to discover later that evening that there was someone else in our room...LOL! We brought it to management's attention and it was rectified with WONDERFUL service, BETTER suite and COMPLIMENTARY meal before bed. Despite the misunderstanding, Damas owner made sure that our time there was unforgettable-wonderful and I will never forget my Honeymoon night. Thank you very much for your kindness and hospitality. The setting is beautiful but think whoever first built the units, didn't take good advantage of the views properly. Had a good stay. My only real complaint is that the room was more than big enough for a King or queen-sized bed, but it only had a double bed which felt really cramped to sleep in, in such a large space.
