The main bedroom contains a double bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with a three-quarter bed. The third bedroom contains 2 single beds, and the bedrooms share the use of a bathroom fitted with a bath.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a stove and oven, and guests can relax in the lounge.
Braai facilities are available, and on request, braai packs and firewood are available at an additional cost. Trained pets are welcome with prior arrangement, and guests are welcome to use the swimming pool at the main farmhouse in summer. It is about 3 km further.

5 guests' feedbackThis is a perfect place for experiencing the Groot Karoo and its space, silence, and solitude. There are several walks available on the farm, some with beautiful views. You'll see spectacular sunsets, and if you're lucky, rainclouds and thunderstorms. The cottage is an old house with thick walls and high ceilings, so it can be kept cool on hot days. It has everything for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!
Thank you very much for your hospitality. That's exactly what we city jays were looking for. Silence, tranquility and the beautiful starry sky. The house was neat and clean and had everything we needed. Very convenient. The best part was that I could take my city dogs with me. I think they enjoyed it the most and exploring the whole world. Thanks again for great service.
Very clean and tidy with everything one needs. The roads are also very nice and easy to drive. Dead silence and beautiful nature - just what one's soul needs!
We had a lovely stay in Dassiekloof, the house is nice and spacious. Warm blankets and duvets with very comfortable beds made for a cozy weekend away. Heaven for some peace and quiet, and clean Karoo air. Kids had a wondeful time from hiking the safe Jeep tracks - massive area to explore - and giving milk to lambs a few months old.
This gem will give you rest for your soul and spirit, away from the usual daily technology that steals our time. Hanrie was an incredible hostess, fresh flowers from her Karootuin welcomed us, ice was delivered for our drinks and the names of the tombstone tour and local vegetation were shared. If you are looking for time to yourself under the Karoo stars, this is the place for you. We are sorry our time was so short.
