22 guests' feedbackWould recommend De Branders 38 any day. Everything you need is there. The inside braai was an absolute winner. The fact that each room has its own bathroom is also a big bonus.
It was so nice. Walking distance to everything you need. Sea right in front of you.
Lovely place and we had a great time relaxing. The location is perfect and the view over the sea couldn't be better. Feel like you are on a ship. We just missed where we didn't have towels provided, so had to do without them the first night and go buy them the next day. Furthermore, the place was top notch. We will definitely visit again.
We really enjoyed it. Nice at the seaside. Kids were playing on the beach and we could see them from the porch. Nicely centrally located. Can walk everywhere.

The place and location was fantastic.
Nice view on the beach. Plumbing needs attention. Master bedroom's bathroom is out of order; the toilet pushes up in the shower and the shower does not drain. DSTV is out of order, as is the WiFi.
Unit is more designed to serve as a cottage by the sea than for rentals. Children's room has no cupboard available, only cupboard is marked private. The experience can be improved if there is investment in uniform crockery, fitted sheets, duvet covers, bath towels and WiFi. Sufficient porridge bowls are missing, there is a combination of dessert bowls that are too small and a lot of crockery was already damaged on arrival. The DStv was only activated after our 2nd night (after 2 inquiries had been made); it was then also deactivated by 06h00 on the last morning. The unit does not offer WiFi, you at least expect DStv for the full duration of your stay.

Wonderful to wake up every morning with the sea and go to sleep with the roar of the sea. Walking distance from the center with several shops. Safe and convenient.
Good location and swimming area is right in front of apartment. Within walking distance to beach and businesses. Very neat.

There is also everything you need.
The unit is cozy but was adequate for our needs. The beds sleep very well and the sound of the sea is wonderful! The second bedroom has no windows, which makes it difficult if you share with other adults. Would think that one would include WiFi and also towels (albeit at extra cost). Please take a bath mat together - it is not mentioned. If towels and WiFi are included, it's worth the price!
