Children were busy playing at the pool or climbing frame or animals or sand pit or forest all day! Didn't even know about them. We will definitely camp here again! Thank you.

We went for a walk among the flowers and it was beautiful, the owners are very nice. Only downside is the trees are still small so there is little shade. Ablution pad excellent.
Beautiful landscapes and fynbos. The owners were very helpful and friendly. The ablution blocks are absolutely awesome and so clean. We enjoyed staying there.
We are frequent campers and had a lovely weekend. The ablution blocks are very clean and neat. There are 2 separate toilets and then 4 cubicles hosting a shower and toilet each. The fifth cubicle has a bath which is ideal to bath smaller children. There is plenty to do on the farm and we walked to the dam one afternoon, but the weather didn't permit us to swim or use the kayaks. We took our kids in the morning to experience the feeding of the cows, sheep, and horse. Wessel was very patient with the kids and answered all our questions!. We took a short drive to Franskraal and had ice cream at the beach. We would definitely go again!
Definitely one for the books.
This is truly a hidden gem campground. The trees are still small, but the layout is wonderful on green grass. All the stands are close to the ablution facilities. Beautiful bathrooms that are kept neat and clean. Willem and Marietjie were very kind and friendly, and contacted us before our stay to make sure we followed the best route to the farm. They have sent communications that list all amenities and activities and make them available so it's not a hassle when you get there. I would recommend this site to anyone who wants to get away from the city and just relax.
I had no signal, which could be a problem for some. Other than that we had a lovely 5 night stay. The staff were very friendly.
We loved our stay at Kleine Akker, the owners are very welcoming and helpful and the ablutions are great! Very good showers and a bath for kids. The kids loved feeding the farm animals and there is a nice jungle gym and sandpit. It's very remote so a trip to the shop can take quite long and the gravel road is not great for caravans. Otherwise its a perfect little spot!
Although we only camped one night, it was an experience. And we will definitely book again. Everything was in place, and a lost cashcar made for a lot of fun.
Wessel and Marietjie, really make you feel very welcome. This is really the right place if you are looking for that alone time and want to be peaceful in nature. Ablution facilities are great. Just a "tip" for motorbikes, the ground is still a bit soft so look for a hard spot for the "side-stand". Will make a point to visit again.
Lovely, secluded farm location. The host and wife were very friendly. There is not much to do, it's just right for a weekend getaway.
