8 guests' feedbackThe shower door is not of such a nature that you can close it and store it. He is a bit flimsy. The lift being out of order is a bit of an inconvenience. The braaiers that are on site have no grills. Suggestion is that it is purchased again and to prevent it from being stolen, fasten the grates with chains to each braai.
Had a wonderful stay. Ideally located. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Will recommend to everyone. Perfect home away from home for sure only with a much nicer view.
Nicely located near the water park. A bit far from the shops, but if you're on holiday, you probably don't belong in the shops all the time either.
1. The TV didn't work. The owner promised to send someone out the next morning but we are still waiting, no excuse except he was working, what a joke. 2. Floors were dirty. 3. You pay R900 for the cleaning service, but there are notes everywhere that you are responsible for cleaning all dishes. 4. The result is that everything is half-cleaned and if you want to use it you also have to clean it first. 5. A dirty mop and bucket were stored on top of the pots in the cupboard. 6. The first night the one bedroom roof started leaking, the bed was soaking wet and we controlled a flood with buckets. 7. It is not reported, we simply wanted to inform the TV technician (handyman), but unfortunately could not, because there was never anyone. 8. For a 2 day stay we were given one roll of toilet paper, the smallest, thinnest single ply which was good for 4 uses! 9. There is no wi-fi. 10. When we wanted to leave I could not get hold of the owner. 11. The shower on the bath is leaking water.
According to the couple for whom I made the reservation, it was so beautiful that they booked another day. They would definitely recommend the apartment to anyone. Everything was 100% and the view indescribable.
Stricter rules regarding barbecue utensils that damage the sink.
Had a issue with the geyser and spoke to the owner, unfortunately, it was late and could'nt be resolved. However the owner did apologize.
