The place is neat and clean. Everything that is needed. Closed porch for rainy days, open porch also for nice early morning coffee.
We had the shop's up the road. We walked to the beach which was safe to us. We had braai at the pool area kids enjoyed with other kids. For us as a family we found the apartment safe and all amenities were available. We were short of nothing everything was found. It was a great stay.

Margate is run down and we had to drive to visit a clean beach. Holidayed on the South Coast for many years, but never again.
It was really very nice and peaceful, as always. Already feels like my 2nd home. It's neat.
From our side kindly consider to pay attention to the following: hot water in shower is extremely difficult to control, and when showering water comes out at a seems to be overflow in the kitchen basin. The main bedroom bathroom basin tap loose and very difficult to use. The fridge is not very cold at all, even after adjusting. The cupboard in kitchen and main bedroom doesn't close properly, keep on going open. Aircon leaks water in to the living room. Sliding door from the living room to the patio slides very difficult.
Good secure unit and ideal location close to shops and restaurants.

This unit is convenient, well equipped and furnished. It was really great staying at De Su Me. Would recommend this unit. The owner, Mike, contacted me regularly up until the date of our arrival. Mike even organised that we could clock in a bit sooner. My key deposit was repaid into my account 2 days after departure.
