Lovely stay at Delagoa Dullstroom Cottage within walking distance of everything. Beautiful clean homely cottage with everything you need and it's safe within a security complex. Would recommend it for sure. The only negative for us is the fact that they do not allow children under 13, would like to take our family with them in the future.

Lovely place to stay and excellent location. Cottage had everything that you would need. Would have liked to have been advised beforehand that the tap water is not fit fot human consumption.

First of all thanks to Hazel for accommodating us with our late arrival. On the way to Dullstroom there was a big accident which set us back half an hour and she still received us very kindly. The place is located on a very nice estate and you therefore feel very safe. The unit is also nicely decorated with beautiful artwork and small details. Nespresso coffee and delicious biscuits awaited us and bottled water was provided. There is nothing missing in the unit and it was neat and clean and very spacious. The gardens are beautiful and the location perfect. Also no worries about the road there - from Belfast the road is nicely redone and drives well. The unit is walking distance to everything in town and we didn't even use our car once. Really a beautiful and nice place! Very nice stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Delagoa. The cottage is very well-appointed with detail paid to little things. It was clean, safe, one block from restaurants, good value for money and surprisingly quiet. On top of it all Hazel was a fantastic host.

Spotlessly clean and has everything one would need. Loved staying there and wish our stay was longer. Just having tea, coffee, milk and some rusks all provided was super. Would recommend for sure.
What an excellent self-catering unit this is! I would almost go as far as to say: unbeatable. Dullstroom is unfortunately not on my normal routes, but should the opportunity ever arise again, Delagoa Dullstroom Cottage will definitely be included in my itinerary. Undoubtedly one of the two top self catering places we have ever stayed.
Delagoa Cottage is beautiful and safe. The bathrooms are neat and clean and the rooms well furnished. There are lovely artworks on the wall in the master bedroom and May is a great time to visit Dullstroom as it is not too cold yet. The atmosphere in the cottage is very cozy and the DStv helped to get over the cold evenings.

Unexpected extras such as slippers, dressing gowns, towel warmers etc. made it feel like a luxury guest house. Bathrooms also nice, open and modern with good quality towels. Everything was clean and tidy upon our arrival and the owners were friendly and helpful. I can recommend it at any time, and intend to rent Delagoa Cottage every time we go to Dullstroom in the future.
This is the perfect place if you are looking for something in the heart of Dullstroom. Dullstroom's main street is within walking distance, yet this is in a quiet area. Very nice, spacious house. We were a bit late because we got lost on the way to Dullstroom. The staff kindly accommodated us and took us to our accommodation. There was coffee and snacks to satisfy the hunger until we went to eat. We went to eat in town at probably one of the best restaurants and the food was very good, but the prices were a bit inflated. Back at the cottage we made a fire in the fireplace and sat back quietly discussing the day's events.
Accommodation was very peaceful and neat. Safe area. They put some extra effort into the place, with facilities such as a coffee machine, drinking water and firewood. We would love to return.

We slept there for two nights. I travel a lot and can say that our stay in Delagoa was nothing but a pleasure. It was so nice to stay in a guest house where the fittings and facilities are not the typical "cheapline". Clean and tidy. lovely shower, good water pressure, nice bed and pillows, enough space inside and outside for 4 adults, covered parking, good security and a warm welcome in a particularly beautiful setting.

A quiet cottage in Dullstroom close to all the shops and restaurants with a beautiful garden. The room was spotless and the bed had a nice feather duvet. The bathroom has a large bath, a nice shower and towel warmers. We stayed for a wedding and unfortunately didn't have time to light the fireplace, but would definitely like to go back for a relaxing weekend.
Would recommend anytime. It makes you feel like royalty. Beautiful place quiet, clean very neat. Nearby places to eat can just walk there. I think it will become an annual institution to break away there for a weekend.

It's a peaceful place. It's neat and clean and extremely comfortable with eclectic/modern/African decor and a beautiful garden. We would definitely want to stay there again. Actually, we lost our hearts there and longed to return to the place. However, I must add that the two dams are open and accessible and would therefore like to request that they warn that the accommodation is unsafe for small children.
