The apartment is beautifully furnished, spacious, very tidy with everything you need, even a Nespresso machine! What a pleasant bonus for coffee lovers! Good location, and very safe. Highly recommended.
It was, except for one thing: the toilet leaks at the base causing the bathroom to smell like urine after the toilet flushes.
It's a convenient place and close to the stadium, Waterfront and shops.
Our family planned a 3 day break in Cape Town. Devonshire 503 is perfectly located, close to Waterfront and other attractions.
Great stay. Close to V&A Waterfront. There is everything you need, air conditioning helped a lot with the Cape heat.
The guest house is very close to everything so we could easily walk where we wanted to be.
Close to waterfront and Green Point Stadium. Accommodation nicely laid out and perfect for a peaceful Cape break.
Had a great time, centrally located!
We really enjoyed the stay, the apartment feels so homely. The parking is covered and safe, we are in there with a Ford Torneo, so a mini bus will fit even if it looks like the roof is too low, it is not. The security is sharp and friendly and the apartment building is very neat and well maintained. The host is very friendly and helpful on the phone. We will definitely visit Devonshire 503 again!
The carpets need a decent cleaning or may need to be replaced.
Had to buy my own electricity, cups chipped, iron board broken, etc.
Centrally located. Easy and quick to get to the mountain and waterfront.
The apartment is centrally located which is great. The apartment met all our needs including secure parking. The only blemish was the damp/mold in the shower and the carpets need replacement, otherwise all good.
Amazing place. Value for money.
