Devonvale made my Mum's 60th birthday weekend one to remember. We were very impressed with the friendliness of the staff, the aesthetic of the room and the facilities they offered. Best breakfast ever!
We were treated like royalty. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Accommodation was top class and the food was divine. Would recommend 100%.
If you want peace and tranquillity then this is definitely the place. Very friendly staff , very clean rooms with spectacular views. The buffet breakfast was very scrumptious. My wife and I spend our 25th anniversary here and really enjoyed ourselves.

What is important is to create a refreshing and comfortable environment for guests, especially if they have traveled from afar. Yes, the place is neat, well organized and safety is a prominent "issue" these days which is also present here.
The service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and very tasteful. We had a very nice stay.
We had a lovely restful time at Devonvale Golf and Wine Estate, the only thing that I was not happy about was that the spa was closed, no signs on the door or anything when we went to have a look, which was very disappointing as I wanted to book massages for hubby and I. Otherwise, the room was lovely and housekeeping did an excellent job! Stunning décor in the apartment and the linen was just great.
Our aim was for a breakaway chance and that's exactly what we got. Our room was luxurious and had a beautiful view of the garden. It was so quiet and peaceful there. The food at the Shiraz Restaurant was also fantastic. We are thinking of returning, but this time with our kids!
I needed peace and quiet and got it. Everything was so neat, clean and the staff were all so professional. It's a winner for anyone looking to stay in luxury (that's affordable).

Though small, apartments were well equipped, comfortable and clean. I would like to have a washing machine and tumble drier, but laundry service is available. Restaurant was good, small menu but tasty food. Golf was in a park-like course, well cared for and a good challenge for the weekend golfer.
We had an excellent stay, a good breakfast, and just have to say the place is beautiful.
We had a lovely stay at Devonvale. Would definitely return on our next tour of Cape Town!
Wonderful as an extremely quiet getaway. Everything in our apartment was perfect and beautiful, but had no real character - quite cold. We had to go in to Stellenbosch for supper. Extremely friendly staff.
The rooms were clean, spacious and we had a wonderful stay. The beds were nice and firm.
Nice place for a family to visit. They have very friendly staff and baby sitters available!
