Had a fantastic time.
We had a nice stay, the view was worth it. The main bedroom's bed is very uncomfortable and worn out. Bring your own Netflix login and DSTV card if you want to watch TV. Other than that we were pleased, thank you. The service was good and everyone is helpful.
It was all worth it. We had a very nice stay without noise or loud music. I would recommend the accommodation to anyone.
The unit has a fantastic sea view, is well equipped with a good layout. However, the master bedroom's mattress is up and we had to swallow muscle relaxants to fight the "springs" every night. The gas bottles from the barbecue were empty when we arrived and the owner wanted us to find a place to refill them, which left a bit of a sour taste in the mouth. The owner was aware that the access to the beach was closed due to the floods of November '23, but neglected to inform us of this. We specifically decided on the unit in order to provide easy access to the beach for my 78-year-old mother-in-law.
The accommodation was perfect, everything was neat and clean and all the amenities and more than we needed.

Wonderful. Everything one would expect from a luxury holiday break. Gate code just didn't work at entrance gate and DStv switched off the morning of our departure. Pool was also dirty but it didn't spoil our time there. Beach access makes up for it. Would definitely recommend and visit again.
A very nice spacious, clean, tidy and well furnished apartment with a 180 degree sea view. Everything you expect to find in a holiday apartment is there. Highly recommended.
I paid R700 for cleaning, but not once was there someone to clean or empty the ashtray?
Best view ever! You can sit on the balcony for hours and look at the ocean. All facilities are available and of course the Jacuzzi in the main bedroom is wonderful. It really was a dream holiday!

Apartment very neat and big. Would recommend putting air conditioners in apartment. December and January are very hot.
For a family with children/students, Ocean 11 is a must. The apartment is very well equipped. Everything a woman needs is in the kitchen. It is on the main beach with easy, safe direct access. It is close to the Mall and adjacent to Daiz Hotel. A wonderful sliding patio with a view of the sea. Will go again for sure.
We enjoyed the break so much. There is everything one needs. The house was very neat and clean! The sea view was amazing!

Pleasant accommodation. Well equipped apartment, just no blankets. In the middle of winter even Mossel Bay is cold and thin duvets without any blankets are not too pleasant. If you're driving 1200 km from Gauteng, you want to sleep warmly.
